Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Versa 2's ease of use, long battery life, and accurate sleep tracking capabilities. Many also highlight the positive aspects of its step tracking, various features, and reasonable price. While some users mention issues with the band's quality and occasional connectivity problems, the positive feedback on core functionalities outweighs these concerns. The watch's design and screen size also receive praise.

We had the original Versa since its launch...and my wife loved it so much that when the Versa 2 came out with better battery and bigger screen, she wanted it Day 1!!! She loves this Fitbit and we compete every day with our trackers!

I've had this now for about four and a half months. Love tracking my heart rate and steps, as it allows me to see possible issues in advance. Its especially interesting to see my heart rate throughout my work day. The alarm clock is nice too, especially since its actually allowing me to wake up at a more natural way. For those that don't know, it tracks your sleep and figures out when you're the least asleep in the half hour before your alarm is set for and wakes you then. It also tracks your pulse oxygen level when you're sleeping, which could help in seeing if you're having issues with that. My one big issue with this device is the battery life. I have to charge it every other morning. It's not that much of an issue because its charged from under 25% to full in about and hour and a half. But it would be nice to get at least three days.

The Fitbit is a great product for tracking your steps, sleep, and even your heart rate. It's easy to use, and it's pretty affordable as well.

Love my fitbit! I had the inspire 2 for a long time and wanted an upgrade. So glad I did, looks stylish, does all the things I want like track excise, and sleep, alerts me of notifications on my phone and has built-in alarms. Its been really durable even without a screen protector of any kind. My only complaint is there must be something in thr band or maybe something I got on it but it makes my wrist wear it lays raw. I wear it tight but like not too tight so it doesnt rub or anything. Ultimately I had to change the band recently because I couldn't figure out the issue. Changing bands is easy and there are a lot of great styles available.

I went to the store to get an Apple Watch. But then thought at looking at alternatives. One thing that stood out was long battery life and lack of mobile wireless. So I can wear this all night long to measure my sleep. I am not comfortable wearing a mobile signal carrying device on my hand all the time. Looks good on the hand and does great on the battery. Yes there are customizations but they are not for me, though the plethora of them on the Fitbit ecosystem. In the end this is devoid of the apple tax and does the job for which I bought it, i.e. measure my activity levels and measure the quality of sleep, which it does perfectly.

I purchase this for my mom and she loves it. The screen is big enough for her and it gives her the exact features she needs. Stays charged a while and she can see who’s calling and texting her but can not respond or answer.

Works great, is comfortable and has great features. Battery life deteriorates after a few months, going from ~5 days on a charge to about 2 and the bands wear out quickly, but the watch is still a good value.

I wanted an Apple watch but not all the bells and whistles. The Versa 2 was the perfect choice. Gives me my stats, notifies me about steps and I can preview texts. It's also very light and much prettier than other options.

Heartrate tracking works good, which is basically why I got it. Battery lasts a full week between charges. The only thing I dont like is the cloth band that comes with the pro package type deal. It gave me rug burn on two separate occasions.

My wife had long used another Fitbit device, but she needed a larger face. this does the trick. At first she was hesitant. Now she loves it. She is not a runner so the lack of GPS support is not an issue.

Bought 2 of those as gifts for my son and niece and was told it's an amazing device to have. Very handy for heart rate, blood pressure, hours of sleep and great information to keep track of your daily exercises.

I love knowing someone is calling me or leaving me a text without being near my phone. I love that it tracks my poor sleeping habits and steps. Once I replaced the band because it gave me a rash, I was good to go.

This was a Christmas gift that I would not have know about if you hadn't sent me a notification that it was bought--not great! But I needed a new one and it's nice. I think all of these Fitbit products are over priced.

It's a good smartwatch and health tracker, used to track workouts and keep an eye on sleep issues. I charge it a couple times a week. Haven't felt any need to subscribe to the premium service. The charger comes with it, although it does plug into a USB port. For me, that was no big deal. Two wrist band extensions come with it, so it accommodates larger wrists too. Fitbit has a whole wide range of faces and apps and stuff so you can customize all you want. There are a bunch of smartwatches out there--for value and functionality, I'm satisfied with the fitbit.

This is my 5th Fitbit. I keep upgrading. I love that the battery life on the Versa 2 is at least 6 days opposed to 3 to 4 on the Versa lite. It was easy to sync with the app, I absolutely love all the features it provides.
