    I purchased this watch in November 2019 as a gift. I boight the blue one for myself and ended up exchanging it for another one because it permanently froze after trying to update the software 25 days later. So far the replacement is fine. I will see what the next few months bring... There's a reason why Best Buy doesn't offer a service plan.....
