    After having this watch for less than 2 years, the facing came off and when I placed the facing on the watch no longer works. I never thought owning a fitbit would break in 21 months of using. Really disappointing. Now I must buy another watch. It won't be a fitbit.

    Overall the watch is good. The bad part is that most of the functionality of the watch requires the app to be open to function. For instance, to check the weather, you have to sync to the Fitbit app. It would be quicker to check the weather on your phone than to since you watch everything you want to check the weather.

    I bought this for my mother for Mother’s Day and so far so good she likes all the features. The only down side is receiving notifications from her phone. Sometimes she will receive notifications and then it stops so she has to redo sync it on the app for it to work again. Battery life last for about 3 days.
