Worst Fitbit I have owned

Some I replaced to get new features and some because the device just stopped working. This model (Versa 2) is by far the worst of them. I never seems to work properly. I have contacted support around 4 times and the problems just keep recurring. The heart-rate detection is a joke and rarely works reliably during exercise. Sleep detection often seems to ignore the first two hours of sleep, Device not found is a constant problem that is only resolved by restarting the watch. Alexa listens, then thinks, then does nothing. Since I have an Android phone, the Apple watch is not a possibility, but when I decide to replace this phone, I am seriously considering abandoning Android and Fitbit.
