A great watch and a definite upgrade over other fitbits.

This watch gives the Apple watch a run for its money.

I got this after exchanging my basic fitbit smartwatch as a trade-in. It was a good choice and the trade-in process was really smooth. My Versa 2 experience has been pretty much satisfying. Unfortunately, the watch does not have a great variety of softwares/apps available for download. The screen options for the clock are also very limited. The device does its job, however. With its average performance and limited functionality it is a great entry-level watch for those wanting the look and feel of a great $250+ smartwatch.

First one was defective -- still learning capabilities.

Not real happy with Alexa. She doesn't work very well.

This was the replacement of the one bought almost two years ago, It basically died on me in New York, so I bought this one, Well, 4 months later, I had to have this unit replaced. I love the app, which is really the only reason I tolerated this product.

Like every other Fitbit i've had, it worked great for a little over a year and then died. Tried restarting and factory restarting, the screen would not turn on. They all seem to last just long enough to not get the warranty.

Better than apple watch. Highly recommended.buy it now

I purchased this Fitbit because I wanted an convenient way to see my text messages without taking my phone out of my pocket or purse. I use the fitness portion of the watch for fun. My twin sons have the same Fitbit and had success with them for almost 2 years. Ironically, as soon as I got my Fitbit, my one son's died. The screen went black and never returned. We contacted Fitbit and they tried a reset that worked for 1 day. We contacted them again and tried to reset it again and it did not work. They offered a 10%off coupon for a new one. My second son's watch died a week later. We called Fitbit again and they tried again to reset it but it failed. They offered another coupon. My sons received these watches as gifts for their 17th birthday. We have decided NOT to purchase new ones. Paying almost $200 for a watch that last under 2 years is ridiculous. I have had my watch for over 2 months now. I no longer get alerts from my phone after I downloaded a firmware update last week. I am going to contact Fitbit to see if they can fix it. If not I am going to ask for a refund. Unfortunately, it is too late to return it to Best Buy. I am really disappointed in this watch! It is wasteful and expensive! Buyer Beware.

Product is probably great for android lovers and or users. Does not automatically sync with apple health lots of other features that work directly with android. Ended up returning it for an apple watch.

Bought for wife as Xmas gift. She's still learning...

This sport watch is all I need. Tracks all my activities. Alerts to messages, calls, reminders and easy to read display.

So far, good. Still getting use to. Love the facing.

This is a great watch. Battery capacity is ver good.
