Great fitness watch and tracker. I use it everyday!

I would recommend it, I just have to get used to it.

The fitbit works well; however, you have to always keep your phone "on & unlocked" so the fitbit keeps connected to track your progress. If you don't constantly refresh your phone, it will not track your entire run and will not record your track.

very good smartwatch with alot of apps

This is my second fitbit watch after wearing the blaze for a couple of years. Compared to the blaze, which had a good heartrate monitor, this does not. When I exercise, even vigorously, most of the time the heartrate shows about the same as when I'm at rest.

Needs to be more directions with operation of use.

Love the voice reply on text messages works great.

I absolutely love this watch! It has lots of good features, and I love that it tells me my heart rate and counts my steps for me.

Would recommend it to others and enjoy the Fitbit.

Basically a useful tool for exercising but heart rate monitoring is not very acurate. Price is good for the provided quality.

Love the watch. Unfortunately I was hoping for something that I could connect my earphones with to listen to music To do so I would have to purchase in pay for apps Therefore I returned it Getting an Apple watch for that purpose.

My daughter can't stop talking about it. She works at a hospital.. and it's perfect for her to monitor her steps.

This is the third Versa watch that we have purchased They only last about a year. Our experience with them must be fairly common as Best Buy no longer offers their insurance plan on them. Look at other brands…..

It has taken Fitbit a while (too long...) to develop and market a mid-level tracker but this one feels successful. Online reviews about battery life are IMO oversimplified and the actual day-t-day expectancy is 4 days, not 6, and this is with continuous usage. Graphic display and shock-resistant attributes are also accurate. Recommended is you don't feel the need to filter every verbal conversation through your phone, and definitely a superior tracker to the Charge 4, Charge 5 and Sense 1.

Lasted a little over a year and died. Liked it a lot though when it worked. Planned obsolescence....bummer.

Battery life was not good on this one. The watch totally came apart in under a year. I work in construction so I guess the heat caused the face to separate from the body of the watch. Also the band didn’t last long.

It has the capability to show you a text from your phone but you cannot answer it. One thing I do not like is, you cannot purchase the extended warranty from Best Buy. Seems odd..like Fitbit does not believe in their own product.?

It’s a good watch for someone who doesn’t want to waist there money on Apple and doesn’t understand technology that’s much. After 4 months the touch screen stopped working and I had to get it replaced.

Hubby purchased for me as a birthday gift. Didn't have the watch a year before it stopped working properly. It would freeze up in the middle of my workout. It would freeze in general throughout the day. I didn't buy protection so I had to purchase different Fitbit updated and got another version of the Fitbit. Also the band isn't good quality. Because of the material when you sweat the band would start to smell. I work out 5-6 days a week for at least 2 hours. I would have to constantly clean the band.
