I have loved my previous fitbits. However, either their firmware needs to be revamped or the device itself is inconsistent. I should not have to reboot my watch to get it to read my heartrate. More times than not my sleep is not properly monitored. It stops monitoring my heartrate in the middle of a workout/activity. For the price the Versa 2 should be much more accurate. I am totally dissatisfied with it.

This thing, unfortunately doesn’t seem to be very accurate. Bought it for the wife and due to the in accuracy she barely used it. Not even sure where it is anymore.

This is my first smartwatch I bought. It's OK, but honestly, compared to other smartwatch brands, there's not much to do with this one.

These watches work for a short amount of time and suddenly stop working. I have had three and will not buy another one. Yes, you get used to being able to track your sleep, steps, water, etc., but they are far too expensive to have to replace every few months. I don't get mine wet, even though you supposedly can. I take good care of it, yet after just a few months (right after you can no longer return it), it stops working. No more for me. Total waste of money

I have an iPhone which of course doesn't support my thousands of MP3s. Versa 2 seemed like a good option but after the third time of resetting the watch back to factory and uninstalling the Fitbit app from my phone / PC, I could never transfer music because the Fitbit app itself would never find my WiFi network. Apparently, this issue goes back to when Versa 2 hit the market years ago but since it's a fitness watch first and foremost, a fix for music transfer is likely no where on the agenda.

I have owned 3 Fitbit versa and they all didn't last for more than a year. Either stopped charging or screen won't come on.

Even though it’s a great product it lacks many features that are needed. iPhone users can’t reply to messages on android users. Uncomfortable to use to sleep not exactly what I needed.

I bought this and it worked great for about 2 months, then both mine and my wife's Versa 2's microphones stopped working. Did all of the troubleshooting, factory reset, etc. Customer service told me they would email me about 6-7 weeks ago, which I never got. I contacted them 2 weeks ago and they told me there is already a case open and did the online-chat equivilent of hanging up on me. I only went with this watch over the competition due to Alexa, I wish I never bought this and went with a different brand.

Not what I wanted doesn’t have built in gps, you have to have your phone with you on your run in order to track it. Not happy.

Stopped receiving texts. Checked everything even talked to customer service and could not get the issue resolved. Waste of money. Ended up getting an apple watch.

I upgraded to this style and one selling point was the battery life. I am still having to charge every three days. Not what I bargained for.

It doesn't answer my phone And when it does Is here through it I have to Go to my regular Talk

I had the Versa 2 for a few days, I do a lot of typing at work. Every time I type it put in some steps. When I looked up this issues on the FITBIT online app community, one of the answers were -to help avoid this was to put the watch in your pocket while typing lol. I didn't buy this watch to wear in my pocket. One morning I woke up, and it already had 210 steps...from being on the charger. I was also going to be joining challenges in groups, and I knew this was not going to work unfortunately. I'd be winning everyday!!

I've been a proud user of Fitbit for years. I decided to upgrade, and the Versa has been great.

This watch is great and value for money. I gave this for a present to friend and he loved this.

The band broke already. It should not have ripped or broke within 30 days of purchase. I am highly disappointed.

Not that the watch is bad it does its job well. But it doesn't do everything a smart watch should do like link to all of your messenger programs and or email.

What best way to keep track of your daily health stat than with one best devices out there!

This is my 3rd Fitbit and will probably be my last due to short life span. I have gotten only about a year from each due to sweat from light workouts.

It has trouble doing a lot of the stuff it advertises. For example, half the time I can't actually play music from it because it can't connect to my Spotify account.
