A gift. Nice. I don't have a fit bit. My wife loves it. I plan to get a few more as gifts.

Great while it worked but it just died on me for no apparent reason.

Functions and features are great, but wish it worked with more music services. Also, it died after 9 months so that brings the quality into question.

Not what i expected. It has no sound asks only dis plays calls. The app is not as detailed as I hoped. It's basic and I'd rather just buy a smart watch.

Face fell off after a little over a year. Second time ive had to replace. I Wont be buying again.

The product is fine. I'm mad at myself for purchasing at Best Buy and giving out my Social security #. Won't buy anything here again, as long as that is required.

Not happy with it. Have been trying to update for the last five days. Will not update. Did everything in the help section. Still will not update.

After about 1-1/2 months, I returned the Fitbit Versa Smartwatch. It would not sync properly, even after doing two factory resets. Also could not get it to update the latest software. I just got tired of trying to get this watch to work properly. Fitbit is not new to me, I originally had the Charge and upgraded to the Fitbit Blaze. I upgraded again to this Fitbit Versa 2 and was very disappointed. I returned the Fitbit Versa 2 on 12/16/2019 and exchanged to the Apple Series 4 Watch.

Not satisfied with the watch, would not recommend !. Just basic features with a big price tag..No gps or other goodies !

Not happy with this purchase, the time keeps getting off sync, not very reliable Had hi hopes but unfortunately didn’t live to the expectations.

I will not buy Fitbit again. The Alexa app constantly says Connection Lost, even when it says my watch was synced recently. I bought it in April 2020, wearing it only 3 days a week for work, and by September, it locked up on a software update. I sent it out for a replacement since it's under the manufacturers warrantee. Now, it's 3 weeks later and it hasn't even arrived at the facility. FedEx just picked it up yesterday, around 18 days after I sent it in.

Excellent watch and monitor. I have one abd got one for my husband. He loves it

Like it more than an Apple Watch, battery burns pretty quick when you have a pic on it.

Got this for my son for Christmas he loves it. I just might get myself one.

cant get the apps I need on this watch. the first watch I purchased would not set up with my phone. now happy with it at all. Alexa doesn't know anything.

Check the Fitbit website to make sure your phone is compatible. We learned that even if your phone is compatible now, Fitbit can do an update and your phone can no longer be compatible. I recommend reading forums about capability issues people have had. We have another Fitbit that is compatible with another phone that we have had for three years and love it. Fitbit has a good product if it’s compatible with your phone. Unfortunately we had to return this Fitbit.

Pretty good it was a gift they loved it, couldn’t get them off of it all day
