Samsung Galaxy S10+ users are not receiving text messages due some updates by Samsung, so they say. Waiting on fix!!!

It's okay but has a hard time reading heart heat at times so it gets annoying. Buy samsung smart watch instead

I bought this watch about 13 months ago - just outside the Manufacturer's warranty. Today, the display stopped working. No warning, the display just stopped working overnight. The fitbit itself is still working, it is communicating with my mobile phone, but is basically useless since most of the functionality I use is on the watch and not the mobile app.

I tried several online solutions to the alexa feature but to no avail. As a consequence I had to return the product.

It pretty good. Keeps pretty good track on working out.

I don't recommend it. Purchased as a gift to my husband. Very little instruction on how to link with smartphone, then when finally set up, noticed after charging, would only last a day verses the 4 days it was supposed to last. 3 weeks in total used and now won't charge completely dead. Will be returning and won't purchase any Fitbit products. We will be looking into samsung instead.

Nice looking watch but says that your burning calories and doing things that you didn’t do unfortunately.

Disappointed! Mom wasnt happy with quality. Many issues. Will contact the company.

Worked great for a week. Then stopped syncing to the app. Exchange for the Rose Gold one and haven't had any issues

I liked the watch but the display resolution was too low. I could not stand seeing the pixels.

If you let it them battery go until the display will not come on it hard to get it to recharge.

I only had my fit bit for a few months. I Loved it, but it quit charging on me. I called the support and did what they recommend and I was never able to get it to charge. I noticed on the website that others had the same problem. I feel it is an inferior product. I am very disappointed with the fit bit . I feel I wasted hard earned money on it.

Would not connect. I actually bought the Versa Lite first, spent 2 days trying to get that one to connect, the stupid App would freeze, the watch would keep disconnection from Blue tooth. None of the notifications would work, so phone calls, text messages, etc., none of that would sync.... ended up returning, just got a Samsung Galaxy Watch--------->best thing I ever done!

Out of the box this watch would not sync. Returned for Charge 3.

This thing is a certified piece of junk. Fitbit updated their app and broke the notifications now all you get is phone call notifications to the watch , no push notifications, email text ect. Called fitbit they give you a line of BS . Hasnt worked for 5 weeks and conveniently a week after the return policy ended . FITBIT SUCKS
