    2 Failed Versa 2 Watches - Last FitBit device 4 me

    Quality issues. The first purchase failed 4 months after purchase. FitBit sent me a replacement, which failed 6 months later. I will not purchase another FitBit device.

    I have lost the ability to get the hours I have slept. There is nothing I can do to get it back. I spent $40.00 plus tax to have the Geek Squad set it up for me at Best Buy and now all it does is tell me the steps I need each day. Also, I am having problems getting Alexa to work with it. For the price I paid, it is almost useless.

    please save your money and put it towards an Apple Watch! My first FitBit Versa 2 lasted 3 weeks, then the screen went black. Returned it for this Versa 2. This one lasted a week, screen is black AGAIN. Reading the Fitbit boards, this is a common problem. This watch is going back tomorrow, and I’m going with an Apple Watch, which I should have done in the first place.

    For this to be an athletic watch it was not very durable. I was putting it on, dropped it and that was the end of it. The screen cracked, Best Buy doesn’t replace or repair. They didn’t even offer the extended warranty, which I should of picked up on. As far as help from Fitbit goes, good luck with that.

    It seems like I have to replace it every year. The fist purchase I thought it was an isolated case but it seems like it's a defect. This is the second one. Exactly 1 year and 1 day it start vibrating while charging, the screen went on and off and then crashed . $199 wasted. Beautiful disposable watch.

    bought in June 14, 2022, less then 2 years later, the watch has died. Within the 1 1/2 year mark, I had to replace the band that broke.

    JUNK !!! I have had this 1 year and 10 days and it already will not hold a charge. Fitbit company said buy a new one!! Here is a discount! I don't want to fork out money for a new one! Very frustrated!
