Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Versa 2's ease of use, long battery life, and accurate sleep tracking capabilities. Many also highlight the positive aspects of its step tracking, various features, and reasonable price. While some users mention issues with the band's quality and occasional connectivity problems, the positive feedback on core functionalities outweighs these concerns. The watch's design and screen size also receive praise.

This watch was too gimmicky for me! Several features worked sporadically (especially the ability to turn my wrist to show the time....which rarely worked). Most of the clock faces failed to show the data I wanted (most notably, the temperature). I returned the watch after trying it for 10 days.

I enjoyed the watch at first, but after a few weeks, it started randomly restarting itself. I tried restoring it to factory settings and some other things, but it still got so bad that I eventually stopped wearing it. Garbage watch.

I had a problem with it within the first few months. Fitbit replaced it for free but it continues to have syncing issues with the app. This is the fourth fitbit (I've had other models over the years) I've owned and it seems like it has more tech issues than the others.

This is my 4th FitBit. You’d think I’d learn. 1st 2 lasted about a year each. The 3rd lasted 6 1/2 months and this one half stopped working at 4 months and it finally died at 7 1/2 months. I will NEVER buy another one again. Hundreds of dollars wasted! So angry.

This watch was one of they worst product i have ever bought it was working fine until this year. There is no warranty on this watch which is very stupid. With the amount of money I spent on this watch is should have had a warranty on on this product.

Specifications says watch holds charge for 5+ days. Watch only holds a charge for 2 days. I thought maybe I purchased a watch that had a defective battery. I took it back to the store and got an exchange...same problem occurred. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

This is suppose to stay charged for 6days and it's lucky to make 3 1/2 such misrepresentation. I'm totally dissatisfied It's very difficult to sync with alexa and that was one of my big things with this purchase. Honestly think it's defective :(

After a year the battery drains every other day. Had to reset this Fitbit because it decided to start losing time. Got it for a program at work. Don’t waste your money

My background displays will not stay. I exchanged the versa for the Versa 2 and didn’t realize until weeks later that the jacquard band one side is missing. I’m not happy. I’ve been so busy with the holidays I haven’t had a chance to go back to Best Buy.

I had high hopes for this Fitbit. The ratings were good and I loved the look of it and the listed functionality. Sadly, it didn't work and I didn't want to exchange it, in case the replacement was as bad as this one. Returned and not recommended.

Here's all you need to know in a nutshell

If anyone has issues with it, they are probably using an overrated, overpriced, and hugely monitored, proprietary Apple phone. I am using it on a Samsung. I connected it via wifi and it was done in less than 10 minutes. I have had other fitbits - ionic, versa lite - and they took short of forever to setup. Alexa appears to work flawlessly and every time. Swiping seems seamless. The only thing is that it appears to dim in low light, but gets bright enough when in a brighter setting. I hope that gets eliminated, but I would imagine it is to conserve battery. All notifications come in fast and every time. No disconnection issues. Perfect size on the wrist. Strap is also easy to take on and off, smooth to the touch, and the watch overall feels quite lite on the wrist. Tried it for a couple of minutes yesterday to quickly text how it monitors an actual exercise - weightlifting for me - and it appeared quite accurate. I have tried Garmin Fenix, Samsung Galaxy Watch, other Fitbits, etc. This unit is fitness oriented, but it is also more than proficient with regard to the ability to successfully receive texts, emails, and calls. Ask yourself, as an adult are you going to really bother with a bezel, talk into your watch, especially in public, and are you going to have a lot of time on your hands to play around with multiple apps? Better than 90 percent of your time you are going to take out your phone with a much bigger screen to handle data, calls, etc right there on the spot. This watch is excellent for 200 bucks.
