Excellent comprehensive watch. Easy to use. Pick the clock face you like. If it doesn't sync, turn the watch off and on. I got the salesperson to set up the watch and my Android.

Easy to set up and works very well. Based on past purchases they are not durable but works great for its purpose

Gave this as a gift. The person loved it, looks great and sleep tracking is always an interesting feature. App interface is not always intuitive though and Alexa interface could be a bit better

This Smartwatch worked perfect out of the box for about 3 weeks, then Fitbit "updated" their ap. This update kept the watch from syncing to the phone ap. After spending a couple hours trying to get to work - uninstalling, reinstalling the ap, set the watch back to factory specs a few times playing around with bluetooth settings, I did a google search and found a chat board that thousands of people having the same issue. About 2 days later, Fitbit issues another update and the problem was fixed. While frustrating, technically not the watch's issue. I am giving it 5 starts cause the watch does do what its meant to do. Hopefully the Fitbit ap people wont mess it up again.

Purchased this watch as a gift for my wife who has been using Fitbit products for years. It does everything she needs. The extras in more expensive models wouldn’t be used. So far it is great.

I love it and all of the functions, I upgraded from the inspire. The battery life in comparison is not great and with the large screen it's easily a risk for scratches or cracks.

My main use is for workout results. Great display and app for stats. Steps suck, totally inaccurate (but no concern to me, as I'm traking other stats, heart rate and zones especially)

Was bought as a gift for someone else. That said they seem to enjoy it and said it was easy to setup and use. Sale price made it better.

I purchased this as a gift for my dad. This works well with his android, and my Dad isn't a tech guy but he does well with this.

I traded in my Samsung Gear Fit 2 Pro for the Versa 2. I like that my Gear Fit was synched to my Samsung phone but I'm finding some nice features on the Fit Bit that I love as well - especially the battery life and the Alexa feature!

the perfect watch! I bought this for my mom and will be buying one for myself! It is easy to understand and use, it shows every notification and u can answer calls and talk on it!

I've been wearing FitBits for several years, and I love them. I especially like the Versa 2 for its sleek design, the fitness trackers, and comfortable wrist band.

Never thought at my age I would wear one of these. My macular degeneration loves the large numbers, my heart doctor loves the step tracker and heartbeat functions

Had a problem with it not tracking my sleep after a charge. After a hard reset, it has been working fine. Have had to reduce that number of things it does as the battery depletes faster than advertised. The silicone band has caused me to break out with a rash. Switched it to the other wrist during exercise this morning after cleaning thoroughly. When taken off, I was getting a rash there as well. Never had this problem with the FitBit Charge 3. Ordered a breathable band. Overall, the product works as advertised.

The electronics are very nice easy to use. It provides lots of useful information.The only drawback I have is the original band cause skin irritation issues. I did purchase a leather band for it which is working a lot better.

I only wanted a watch that keeps "steps" and distances. Not interested in social media. This one has a lot of things that I will not use but it will work for what I am wanting.

I bought the Versa 2 for my husband, and it is a big upgrade from the Pulse 2 (which he wore out). He loves the different watch face options and enjoys the additional functionality, especially the sleep tracking.

My apple watch cracked the glass. Jumped in a pool, and, welll...Replaced with the Fitbit Versa. Does all that I need at a MUCH better price point. Anybody want to buy a slightly used apple watch?

Very happy with my Versa 2. Enjoy all the features, nice style and comfortable to wear. I wear it 24 hours a day. it keeps track of my steps, sleep, etc. Very pleased with this purchase.
