Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Versa 2's ease of use, long battery life, and accurate sleep tracking capabilities. Many also highlight the positive aspects of its step tracking, various features, and reasonable price. While some users mention issues with the band's quality and occasional connectivity problems, the positive feedback on core functionalities outweighs these concerns. The watch's design and screen size also receive praise.

I'm giving this watch 4 stars because ive owned three fitbits and they have all stopped working after about two years. My last two only lasted 2 years and then they started glitching and eventually stopped working. I no longer have this watch i have since invetsed in a samsung instead. I did trying calling the company with my second watch, but they were no help and told me i would have to buy a new one. The one positive thing i can say about it is the batery life. I was able to spend three days ona full charge and the app itself is amazing. Hope i can say the same thing about durability.

I've been wanting a smart watch for a while. I was over at Best Buy and saw one I liked that was a good price. I like that everything on the watch screen is a good size so I don't have to run and get my glasses to see everything. Battery life is great. I only have to charge it every 3-4 days.

This is my 2nd Versa. I had the original Versa and upgraded to the Versa 2. I am very pleased with the functions and use most of the features with the exception of the music feature. Battery life is exceptional. Heart rate function matches data from my treadmill sensors and, for me, steps are pretty accurate. All in all, I am pleased with the Versa!

Fitbit Versa 2 - So far i like it

I've had the Versa 2 for a couple of weeks and has worked well for what i purchased it for. I needed a not too expensive watch that could be an extension of my phone so I could get notifications when in a noisy factory. It has worked well so far. I wish Fitbit carried a stainless steel band for it. I've seen 3rd party one's but the reviews for them weren't good.

I bought this watch for my Granddaughter Birthday in December. Last time I saw she was wearing it. Said it was a breeze to set up and very comfortable to wear. She has a Toddler and attends school so has a very busy schedule. She loves how it keeps up with her calendar and all her fitness info. Great Gift...Happy Grand-daughter. Happy MiMi.

I purchased the Versa 2 for my mom as a Christmas gift & she loves! She had a fitbit for about 4 years & it just wasnt working anymore. She loves the new one & all 5he extra features! She uses it every day to track her steps among other things. She highly reccomends it, especially people who track steps every day and / or are physically active.

Purchased this as a gift for my husband because he needed a watch and this would also help him keep track of his steps and BP. He loves it! He charges it once a week. It shows his text messages and alerts him to phone calls too. He is not a tech savvy man, yet this is easy for him to use. It's also an attractive watch.

I was upgrading from a Charge 2. I considered the Apple Watch but actually I was only interested in the reports I could get from Fitbit. I am used to keeping track of my activities, my sleep data, My heart rate. I also use the watch to record my meals and my water intake. I’m having to get used to the large size but I’m overall very happy.

My daughter was very happy when she received it for Christmas. It counts calories, tracks the steps walked, you could play music on it, it also monitors your water intake after setting it up. It also comes with a wallet feature. It's equipped with Amazon Alexa and you can modify the face of it to your liking. Lastly, It is water proof.

This watch works great And it is very accurate. I still don’t quite understand how it collects the info it does but I am happy with it. I bought it specifically to track my sleep habits, steps, and mileage when going for a walk. It syncS to youR phone and will show messages andalerts but you are not able to respond. I was ok with that.

Great watch and fitness tracker. I have the big competitor to this one...but kept running out of battery after 24hours...This one, goes a full 5+ days without having to charge. Which is great because I travel a lot...and it is keeping track of everything...love it...Just wish the instruction manual to the apps and such was easier.

It tracks my steps really well and I like you can ready the text messages and when you get a phone call you can hang up. If you have Android you can write back right on the fit Bit. Love that it’s water proof. Only thing is it doesn’t record when I do laps in the pool or doesn’t record my sleep very well.

This watch is good for sports and going out. It has all of the features needed for most sports especially if you are carrying your phone. It is also stylish for going out. The battery life and ease of use is excellent. It is better than recharging it every day or more frequently than the other major competitor.

This is a great information gatherer for me. I love the data on my heart rate, sleep quality and length, and workouts. I also enjoy being able to manage my Spotify and read text messages on this device. Truly water proof too! I forgot I was wearing it and submerged in the pool. It's fine!

Very comfortable, nice progress reports Very responsive, nice screen. Seems durable, I've knocked on wall corners and other objects and it has no scratches on the glass or he body. I'm skeptical of the step count as it seems high, but that's not too much of an issue as long as I'm comparing it to itself and not some other device. Battery life could be better, but I do exercise 5 days a week for at least 1.5 hours and activity tracking consumes extra power with constant heartbeat measurements. What face options are bountiful but most are 3rd-party and are either cheap looking or require payment. Fitbit only makes a couple, which are good and the only one I use but they could offer a few more quality options. Most apps are 3rd-party again, and I haven't found a useful one. Fitbit apps are nice, some are useful like calculator, weather and wallet.

I consistently got tired of having to charge my Apple Watch every night before work and I started looking into watches that were known for battery life and fitness. I found this watch and absolutely love it! Only complaint is the charger that comes with the device so I bought a new charger off amazon and I am very pleased with this watch!

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband. He had been using another Fitbit model. He absolutely loves the Versa 2 Health & Fitness Smartwatch! Does so much more, than his older Fitbit, holds a charge longer, and looks so much better on his wrist!

love this fitbit! the color was perfect, it doesn't scratch too easy, easy to use minus it takes alittle bit to connect to my phone and my sleep score doesn't show on my fitbit in the am like it use to, i have to physically go into the app on my phone which is annoying but other than that it does what i need it to

I read a lot about the watch before buying it,but I was still surprised how many things it would do and produce all that information for me. My only concern was getting it all set up,and how to operate all the different settings. It takes some time to do all of that, but I still think it is a great watch at a great price and I am glad to have it.
