So this is my 3rd Fit product. I had a charge 2 and about 18 months ago got a charge 3. I bought the Versa 2 to replace the 3 as the watch became useless after the last firmware update that darkened the screen in the normal mode so you could not see it outside in the sun. I wanted to keep with fit as I have a family group that we all keep motivated using the Fit application. I purchased a Versa2 for my daughter for Christmas and it is still working. I did buy the 2 year warranty from fitbit , so hopping I don't need to find out if they will honor it if it fails early like my first 2 Fit watches. the band is picky where you place the strap loop.

A gift for my partner as he loves mine and his was older and less features. All great features. Loves that it's more than a watch. Wears it every day. Battery seems to last longer than my versa purchased a year ago..

Purchased for my teenage daughter. She loves that it’s waterproof and how easy it is to use for tracking her exercise. Seems to be working great. Stays charged for several days.

Love it. I've started realizing that I don't get enough sleep, and how many steps I take in a day. It also has some other apps on it Timer, alarm, weather, Starbucks and more.

My Fitbit arrived fast, I love that I can swim in it and it tracks my sleep!

Love it! It was very easy to setup. I like being able to keep up with the number of steps I take. Also, I like that it reminds be to get moving if I haven't reached my goal yet.

Love the apps and functionality of this watch. Much better than the Blaze and water resistant to boot! Battery life is decent even when connected for all day sync. Alexa built in works like a charm.

I owned an apple watch for 3 years and switched to this one, and of course, it is not as high end and sophisticated as an apple product but it is worth it. However, you can not reply using an iPhone. It's a great watch

It's a really basic smartwatch. About as basic as you can get without it being a bad product. There's a few apps for it, but they're mostly music apps. I've also noticed that these music apps seem to require you to have the premium version of their associated services. That aside, it does fitness tracking really well. If you want a phone on your wrist, you should probably go with the Apple Watch or Samsung Gear, but if you want a clock that's also a fitness and sleep tracker and a really basic music player, this will suffice. The only issue I've ever had with it is that makes my wrist really red and raw, but I suspect that may be more of a personal issue than an issue with the product. Overall, it's a good little watch. I'd buy it again.

Love the versa. Great job of tracking. I really like tracking my sleep quality, my number of steps and how much water I drink. I helps me to increase my exercise too.

Fitbit Versa 2 provides everything I need or want and has a decent battery life. Versa 3 provides GPS without your phone, but that was not important to me.

My wife loves her Fitbit. Loves the challenge of getting in her steps and loves all the added features.

It's pretty cool, it has a lot of features that help track even your sleep patterns. Reminders to move more per hour and get steps in, pretty motivational. Does have some issues logging sleep in the phone app tho

Bought this for my wife for her birthday. She has owned several smart watches over the years and loves them. She said this is the best one she has ever owned! Guess I did good! I bought the Special Edition Fitbit Versa 2 in iron mist. I like it better than black and the great thing is, the Special Edition came with two bands, one rubber and one cloth. The nice thing is the Special Edition was only $2.00 more the the standard version. It does everything flawlessly and holds a charge for 3-4 days, a huge improvement over previous versions. The screen is crisp and bright and is almost photo like. I would definitely recommend this smart watch.

This is my 4th Fitbit that I received at Best Buy. The original purchase was a Blaze, and I purchased an extended warranty, which lasted just longer than a year. During the next 3 years, I exchanged the defective Blaze for another Blaze, a Versa, with which I always purchased an extended 2 year warranty, and recently this Versa 2, however Best Buy told me that at the direction of Fitbit, they are not allowed to sell extended warranties anymore. So, I am told that this Fitbit was more advanced than any other. Since I was not allowed to purchase an extended warranty, this will be my last Fitbit if and when this one breaks down. There are some new additions like Alexa, with which you can set alarms, reminders, etc., by voice. Instead of (3) buttons, like on the original Versa, the Versa 2 only has (1) button. It does seem more sturdy than the Versa and hope it will last longer than a year. We’ll have to wait and see.

When it can sync to my s10 phone Versa 2 is great. Display is gorgeous, it has a ton of features (although none of my major credit cards like Citibank are eligible for FitBit Pay) and navigation is fast and intuitive. But I use it alot to sync my activity to Weight Watchers and often my phone can connect the Versa 2 although my fitbit will be on my left wrist while my phone is in my right. I get a lot of 'Device not found' and it may be hours before they finally sync up. If the connectivity was better I would not hesitate to recommend but because of these issues I say but with caution.

Love this Versa 2. Allows me to track my fitness, heart rate, and my sleep pattern. This is just what I needed to keep myself accountable. Helps me get to my 10K steps.

Great watch especially if you are checking your daily steps or sleeping patterns. Easy to set up

LOVE this watch, so beautiful and the navigation is so much easier than my charge. The battery life is very impressive! 4 stars because as much as I love it I wish the additional features worked without the Fitbit app having to be open specially the “find phone” is the one I really wish worked without that. I love seeing my texts on the beautiful screen and you can hang up on spam calls from your versa but not answer, I’m looking into getting an Apple Watch and returning the Versa for the reasons listed above but if you don’t care about the extras then definitely get this watch!

My Fitbit does just what I wanted it to. I can look at my steps, my heart rate, time and date anytime I want to. It is reliable and virtually waterproof.
