Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Versa 2's ease of use, long battery life, and accurate sleep tracking capabilities. Many also highlight the positive aspects of its step tracking, various features, and reasonable price. While some users mention issues with the band's quality and occasional connectivity problems, the positive feedback on core functionalities outweighs these concerns. The watch's design and screen size also receive praise.

This fitness tracker/ smartwatch from Fitbit is an incredible buy for it's price. It does fitness tracking pretty well which includes steps, heart rate, floors climbed, calories burnt etc. It's pretty comfortable to wear and has not been an issue to me. The two reasons i took a star is because the OS still needs work. Its okay but definitely not great. The second reason is that the sync with my phone is a bit iffy. I had this issue to a smaller extent with my Fitbit inspire as well but this device seems to be just a little worse. None of these are show stoppers and i would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good looking smartwatch/ fitness tracker

I was torn between the Apple SE and the Versa 2... I went back and forth before I decided on which one to get.. My daughter has the Versa 2 and likes it a lot - said she doesn't even use all that it offers. I got the Versa 2 because I've had two other Fitbits. I'm glad I did. Even though I am an Apple lover (I have an iPhone, my husband and I both have Mac laptops, iPads, etc), I decided that the Apple SE would be offering TOO much and I wouldn't ever figure it out. The Versa 2 is fairly easy - and the few questions I did have, my daughter helped me figure it out.

I am loving this product. I've been wearing it day and night, giving it a couple of hours to charge fully, and then it's back on my wrist. I was worried that wearing it so much would start to smell bad, but that hasn't happened. For my next upgrade, I'll make sure to get the one with the oximetry measure. I think that would be a good thing. I haven't tried swimming with my watch on yet. That will be my next challenge.

Bought this for my mother and she just loves it. She’s had time to get used to all of the features and still loves it as well as she did the day I bought it for her. I like the health parts on here for my mother. Over all an amazing watch and definitely senior user friendly.

I would never own an apple watch so long as it's a daily charge. The fitbit versa 2 can last 3-4 days, and tracks fitness great. Huge part of my get fit plan.

This is my second Fitbit Versa 2. My first one lasted for two years and eight months. I was without it for three weeks and was going crazy. I had to have another. I love being able to receive texts and calls while not carrying my phone all over the house. The key for me getting a Versa over an Apple Watch is the battery lasts a week and only takes about an hour to charge fully. Apple watches have to be charged every 24-30 hours.

Bought the original Versa for my wife last January 2019 for our anniversary. Exactly 1 week before the warranty expired her Versa wouldn't hold a charge. It would drop between 30-40% AFTER shutting it off at night. The company sent a new one and, within a month, same thing again. They, again, replaced it and 2 months later it did it again. I read where others had the same problem but it was corrected with the Versa 2. Since FitBit was good about the replacement I bought her the Versa 2, and it was on sale at Best Buy, and it has been good so far. She really likes the built in Alexa.
