Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Versa 2's ease of use, long battery life, and accurate sleep tracking capabilities. Many also highlight the positive aspects of its step tracking, various features, and reasonable price. While some users mention issues with the band's quality and occasional connectivity problems, the positive feedback on core functionalities outweighs these concerns. The watch's design and screen size also receive praise.

I upgraded from a Charge 3 n will never go back. It has lots of clock faces that are free n lots that are like $1.99 or so. I only use the free ones n there's even holiday ones. You can set up a credit card, but are limited to certain ones. I did not find my bank on as an option as bill pay n that is upsetting to me, but I can use the one credit card that's listed. A downfall, but I really love the other features that this watch has so I can overlook it. The battery lasts for about 3-4days which I don't mind cause I charge it while I watch TV in the evenings. Overall it's a great watch!

Great device, band caused skin issues

Love the device itself! As mentioned in previous reviews, the bands that come with it are a hazard. My skin is sensitive, but I have never had any issues with previous Fitbit models! I had a rash on my wrist almost immediately that would not go away. I bought replacement bands from Amazon for fairly cheap and have not had the issue since. Overall, I'm still happy with the purchase--just prepare to need to replace the bands.

Love it. Much better design than charge 3, I had previously. I hope it lasts longer than a year, like the charge 3 did. A lot of features and apps. Great buy.

Loved my versa so much i upgraded to the versa2! A year later and still happy with it and been eyeballing the 3. I've had no problems with this one and haven't had to call support at all, unlike the predecessor. Very easy to use and it syncs with weight watchers! I noticed the screen seems to be very during and scratch resistant. I've accidentally hit it against door frames and metal racks countless times and expected to see a scratch or craxk and nothing! Perfect as the day i got it!

Really good at what it does and for the money hard to beat. For those looking for good fitness data without the costs and platform lock of some other fruit vendors, this is a great device. If you are hard core fitness / outdoor sports, consider a Garmin but for the other 90% of the human race, this is a great device with a really good amount of data. This was a gift for another relative, but I have personally used various step / fitness trackers since 2009 and my own Versa 2 has been on my wrist for about a year now. Very satisfied with it.

I've been using this for months and I have to say it does exactly what I want it to do. I bought a Galaxy Active 2 watch afterwards and I was disappointed that something that cost $100 more than this Fitbit didn't give me anything different than this Fitbit. I had to return the Galaxy. This is also better at giving me my notifications right away compared to the Galaxy Watch which picked and chose what notifications to show me. Overall, I'm a lot more impressed with this.

    Perfect alternative to Apple Watch

Yes yes, I know, the Apple Watch is probably the best smart watch and I know tons of people who have one. My wife wanted one but I was honestly shocked to see how expensive they were (along with a cellular data plan). I started looking for alternatives and found this. It looks great and has all the features my wife was looking for and for a much better price. I am curious to see how the Google's takeover of Fitbit will work out. I did have to troubleshoot an issue where the watch wasn't receiving notifications but I was able to fix with a quick Google search. My wife highly recommends it!

    Improvement from Versa 1

I got the Versa 2 because I was having issues with my Versa 1. I had paid for geek squad so I was given the option to pick the same watch I had or get the newer version. I got the Versa 2 because it had more features than the previous model. It comes with Alexa and you can reply to a text message by talking into the smartwatch. My reason for giving it 3 stars is because after 3 months of having it, I started having issues swiping. I restarted the watch numerous times and did a factory reset to no avail. I had to contact Fitbit and get a replacement. Hopefully, I don't have the same issue with the replacement.

I upgraded from a Charge 2 to a Versa 2, I considered the Sport model, but chose the non-sport for the better display and it was on sale (50 dollars off) the notifications (text and email) are much longer and are saved so you don't have to look immediately to see them, added bonus is the ability to delete emails and mark messages as read, very handy. Does the same steps and metrics that the Charge 2 did. Uses the same app on my phone, I found out that you shouldn't have the app on more than one device (phone and tablet). Lots of clock faces to choose from, many are free.
