Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Versa 2's ease of use, long battery life, and accurate sleep tracking capabilities. Many also highlight the positive aspects of its step tracking, various features, and reasonable price. While some users mention issues with the band's quality and occasional connectivity problems, the positive feedback on core functionalities outweighs these concerns. The watch's design and screen size also receive praise.

I really enjoy this watch and all of the various ways it can track my daily activities. Also, the app that is free is an important/vital bonus to improving healthy living and I even shared the information with my G.P. since I have sleeping issues. I also programmed it to remind me to drink more water, since I tend to "think" about it, but rarely do.

For those that don't require a full suite of functions in a device that is not too bulky or too small this fits the bill. It is very convenient to know who is calling while you are busy without having to put something down, remove your gloves, and pull your phone out just to see who is calling. Battery lasts about two days with the screen set to always on. Nearly a week with it dark.

This product works very well easy to setup and use on the iPhone 11 when you first get the Fitbit you have to charge it first then you download the app from the App Store then you have to connect it to WiFi and then your up and running works very well and it is very easy to setup. And the battery life is very good to.

The larger screen is a welcome improvement, as well as the assortment of face configurations. Seems to be better at tracking sleep. We ordered two of these and one has repeated problems connecting with a new iPad Pro, requiring that the smartwatch be repeatedly re-booted. (The iPad has no bluetooth issues with any other device.)

My son had a Fitbit Blaze for 3 years and now wanted to upgrade. This product is great. It has all the previous features of Blaze but also the Alexa integration which my son enjoys. I also got a 3rd party protective film for the face of the watch to protect it from my son's activities. Also was happy that Best Buy did a price match when the price went down a week after purchase.

I love fitbit. This is my third one. I like the fact that they give you the large and small band. I have a heart condition so I like that I can check my sleep and oxygen on the app through my phone. When I exercise I can see when I'm in the carfio and fat burn zone and how I can link with others. I can also get texts from my phone through this.

I have been amazed at the great options for tacking exercise and health available on this watch. I was trying to replace another brand and am so glad i "settled" for a Fitbit. it is much more effective than the competitor and the battery is also much better. 4-5 days instead of less than one.

I purchased this watch to track my running when I'm at the gym, but also to have a watch with smart watch abilities, without breaking the bank. I am very happy with this purchase it fits nicely with the adjustable bands. It also last a very long time without having to charge it. if you want a smart active watch but don't want to pay a ton of money I highly recommend this to you.

This is my first FitBit and I love it. Especially the different options and perks that is gives. I have a horrible sleeping habit and the tracking for sleeping habits is helping me through it. You're also able to download different clock faces, which I like to switch it up here and there.

Purchased to help track health, apps installed--some needing internet and some "freestanding"--have usually worked well. At times there are glitches of needing to sync and not really doing so that are difficult to determine if tied to the device or the app. It is comfortable to wear and for the relatively inexpensive price, gives a quick health update at a glance.

This is not my first Fitbit. I have owned the Charge, Charge 2, and the Versa. I absolutely love my Fitbits. The ease of use where I can choose my screen and just tap to see all my stats on one screen was a plus for me. I would recommend this to anyone who asks. They are so reliable I gave my others to my mom when I got a new one and she loves them as well.

I just love this watch, i am still getting use to it, but has alot of features, it has more then just the regular fitbit. The watch faces are bold an bright, I see it all. Keeps tracks of what I need. Just a amazing watch. When I figure out the rest of the apps I need to use, it will be even more better. Great watch...

Works very well, and love all the features on it. Only issue I had with it was the silicone band it came with continuously held moisture and would cause a rash. Ordered a different band, and now everything is perfect.

Perfect for what I wanted which was a watch and to track fitness and sleep. I thought I would use the text feature, but honestly haven't figured it out yet. I'm also slightly disappointed that i can't piggy back apps from my phone thru the watch, like Pandora. I only use the free version and would have to buy the app for the watch specifically. Oh well. Still great for what i need.

This is my 4th Fitbit product and each one has been better than the last. Everything works exactly as promised and this is a high quality product. The only issue is the wrist band. It is a softer silicone material than the previous watches. I think they wanted it it to be more comfortable but it’s a fail. I wore my watch playing basketball and the bad snapped off on the long side. I was wearing a wrist band over the watch to prevent from getting it snagged on another player and to prevent from scratching anyone with it. Even with it covered the wrist band just snapped from normal play in a non contact sport. I pulled my old wrist band off my Versa 1 and replaced the half of the band that snapped. Fast forward to 2 days later and the exact same thing happened again to the short strap made of the same soft silicone. Fortunately I had my old watch band but this is a real failure. The band completely snapped after only having it for 3 weeks. Fortunately I had an available replacement. The stock wrist band is only good for runners and walkers. If you are doing something more than running or walking I would order an aftermarket band. Other than that the watch is a great value and a great product otherwise.
