Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Versa 2's ease of use, long battery life, and accurate sleep tracking capabilities. Many also highlight the positive aspects of its step tracking, various features, and reasonable price. While some users mention issues with the band's quality and occasional connectivity problems, the positive feedback on core functionalities outweighs these concerns. The watch's design and screen size also receive praise.

I has Samsung smartwatch for 4 years. When it broke, I bought the Fitbit smartwatch. I absolutely love it! It's so much better & easy to use.

I bought this for my husband, he had some syncing issues in the beginning but it worked for the most part. He upgraded his phone and then could not sync to it at all, we had zero help with fit bits customer service. We discovered it could sync to my phone and I ended up with it. It does the majority of what it's supposed to. The battery life is stellar. The app is pretty easy to navigate but sometimes can be frustrating. You have to have a paid subscription to Pandora in order to use it with the watch, it took me a while to figure out why I couldn't make it work. A lot of additional items in the app you have to pay for, including some watch faces. Voice to text through the watch works very well and my favorite feature is the relax session app. As long as it will sync to your phone it's a pretty decent piece of tech.

I love this watch. This is my 2nd fitbit watch I've purchased in the last 2 years. I wear my fitbit daily and the battery holds such a great charge for at least 4 days or days or so. This is definitely the best watch I've ever purchased.

I've had no less than 6 Fitbit devices over the last 5 years so I'm a loyal customer to say the least. New features are great, still getting used to the absence of the buttons on the right side (you tap the face instead) but overall the Versa 2 is the pro Upgrade from the original Versa. Alexa is available on the Versa 2 (I haven't tried it yet though). This Versa syncs effortlessly with the Fitbit app. All in all- I'm pleased with it. (Fingers crossed- this one will last well beyond the 1 year limited warranty Fitbit offers). NOTE: Fitbit discontinued the extended warranty so you can't even buy the Geek Squad Protection Plan thru BB.

I purchased this to replace my Fitbit Alta. I purchased the Versa 2 with the pink band, the day before. The next day this one went on sale, returned the Versa with the pink band and purchased this one. I have a small wrist, so I thought that wearing it would make it look funny, but it doesn't. I like having all the status on the display, when I turn my wrist. It was updated recently with with SPO2. I haven't changed the watch face to included it yet, nor have I set up Alexa. Not sure if I have a need for Alexa, but I guess it doesn't hurt. I can read text message. It rings on my wrist when I get a phone call. You can set it up to get notifications. My favorite is reminding me to drink water and reminding me that it's almost bed time and to start winding down. So far, so good. I really like it. I wanted the Versa 3, but except for maybe one or two things, the Versa 2 has everything that I need. This is a keeper.

Woven band looks really good. The rubber band it seems like it is made backwards. The flat side is on the outside. I would think the flat side shoul.d go against your wrist and the beveled side should show on the outside. But that is not the case. Otherwise very nice.

Well, I've had this one a few weeks now and I'm liking it a whole lot more than my old Versa. The best thing about it, is it's battery life. So much better than my old Versa. Heart rate monitor seems more sensitive than my old one also. It's Great so far.

I absolutely love this watch! Tracks calories, sleep, heart rate, waterproof. Notifies me of texts n i can manage my songs when listening to apps like spotify. So similar to apple watch at a much lower cost! Only con-wish battery life was longer but not a huge deal.

Bought this as a gift for my wife but I have one too. The versa is excellent. Much more stylish and more accurate than other fitness trackers on the market, including the other fitbit products that we have used. It also has longer than expected battery life which is a major plus.

I gave this to my wife for her birthday and she loves it. It was one of the only name brand square faced smartwatches you can fine that are compatible with Android. The only downfall is having to charge after 1-2 days of use however it doesn't outweigh the great design and usability.

I purchased the FitBit Versa 2 after carefully comparing it with the competitor options of the Apple Watch series. I ultimately decided upon the FitBit device as with FitBit one isn’t locked into the Apple universe. In essence the Apple Watch was more expensive for my budget and possessed wayyy to many features that I wouldn’t use and could do without. Aside from listing comparisons that one can read at other websites I will simply note that I wish I’d known about this feature before purchasing the FitBit Versa 2. The FitBit does play music but only supports music one owns and nothing without digital rights management. Another aspect of the playing of music is that the FitBit Versa 2 supports the software applications of Pandora and Spotify but only with a paid subscription rather than those one can use on a phone with the interspersed ads. Article that ultimately made me decide about the purchase. https://www.cnet.com/how-to/apple-watch-3-vs-fitbit-versa-best-smartwatch-fitness-tracker-comparison/

Fitbit is a great fitness tacker with more than adequate features. The added feature of Alexa is nice but not very fast or accurate at times. GPS is not a feature of this model but did not take away from overall usability. Having to use a newer style of charging connector is also a drawback.

Such a great product with its long lasting battery and accurate data recording. My mom uses this everyday and absolutely loves it and the price is worth every penny. Definitely a better option than an Apple Watch when it basically does the same thing.

This was a present for my wife. She loves it. Keeps her in touch with health issues (heart rate and steps) and notifies her of emails and reads messages. She is learning about making calls from the watch. Excellent gift for someone on the go.

I like the large numerals, easy to see at a glance what time it is. With only one click I can see how I'm doing with my steps and heart rate. I also like that it reminds you when you are near the hourly rate of steps. Finally, like that it lets me know when I get a call.

Good product. Wish it was quicker. Play with an Apple Watch for 1 min and you will realize this needs to be updated. It it takes your stats, monitors you and does what it says. Battery life is great but after a year it is slowly not staying charged as long.
