Although it seemed to do many things I returned it. Heart rate monitor seemed to be inaccurate and erratic

The battery is good for two to three days only at the most. Fit bit says it should go 6 days, not a chance in hell.

Trash. An older family member wanted this device. It’s not good quality.

Didn't last a year before mic stopped working and no longer powers up

My fitbit versa 3 died after only a little over a year. Battery won't charge.

This watch was purchased as a gift for an older gentleman. I specifically asked the salesperson if this item required a smartphone. I was told that it just needed to be activated on a computer. After many hours of time being spent trying to sync this watch I called support and it definitely requires a smart phone. The item was promptly returned.

Not a fan of the "virtual" button on the side. It might be fine if you have big fingers.....I don't.

I don't like the clock display and have not found a way to change. It's blurry like.

I have loved Fitbit since I got my first one years ago. I purchased the new Versa 3 this last December, and it worked great! Then in January, I upgraded my phone from a google pixel to a samsung S20+. It barely syncs, doesnt send any notifications to my fitbit. So there is zero support for this device and a samsung flagship device. Pathetic.

I am sad to say I was not pleased. When I went into the store I did not know anything about watches, so I told the young man working that I wanted a watch that gave the time, heart and blood pressure. So he sold me the watch. However when my grandaughter set it up she said that is not what I bought. So is that what your store producers because older people like me do not know the difference.

Not much better than the versa 2 unless you want to pay for their premium service. If you already have a smart watch I’d skip this one.

Dont buy it for the mic. It stops working after a couple monts. Also have to unpair it and pair ir again often.

Had to return since notifications were not coming on the watch. Tried to love it but had to exchange it for an Apple Watch.

Comfortable wear, everything else is great but screen touch motion is kind of slow.

Not happy with this product- a very difficult timing syncing items on the watch.

Not familiar with these as I usually buy Apple. Some people like them but this was a gift. I’ll stick to Apple.

It's a pretty watch! Unfortunately, I needed on that could take phone calls and respond to texts, so I returned it.

I did not enjoy the watch the whole time I had it for three days. It stopped communicating with the App, it stopped measuring my sleep, I was not able to receive messages (of course due to the phone and watch not syncing) it basically was a expensive pedometer. I gave it two stars because it is beautiful, sleek, and stylish, but I don't need that for that price point.

Do not buy!!! I purchased this in December as a Christmas gift. By mid to end of January the watch had stopped working and wouldn’t you know, it was right after the time that it was no longer returnable. FitBit will not provide any support, refunds, or replacements for their products. Excellent waste of $200+ dollars.
