The calories burn isn't accurate. The battery life is short. Is not what i expected for the price.

    Swimmers stick to Versa 2

Loyal Fitbit user, this one converted me to Apple Watch. It froze in exercise mode after a pool workout. After hours on the phone over multiple days with Fitbit support I finally received a replacement Versa 3. The replacement one then went completely dark when I started my next pool workout. During the first pool workout when it actually worked, I learned that the Versa 3 doesn’t track laps like the Versa 2. If you use this for swimming *beware*. So disappointed, I loved Fitbit. After the run around with customer service and the two defective Versa 3s, I fortunately was able to return to Best Buy.

Not all the functions are easy to navigate. I'm trying to switch to a 12/24 format & it's not working properly.

I like the watch and how it looked and every other feature, but the heart rate monitor. The monitor was so off and wrong. I used it against my Ionic and a chest strap monitor and it would not go above 110 for the HRM and the Ionic watch and heart rate strap had me at 165. So yeah, unless they fix the new pure pulse ..I do not highly recommend.

I've been a Fitbit Versa owner since day 1. The Versa 2 upgrade from the Versa 1 was substantial and worth the upgrade. Unfortunately, the Versa 3 is NOT at all worth the $229 price tag and in my experience after a day of using it, I'm returning it. First, the band. I honestly don't know why the felt compelled to move away from a traditional watch band style like the Versa 2, but they did... And it's ridiculous and uncomfortable once you put it on. 2nd, I can't bend my wrist down without triggering the buttons. I literally have no idea why. Instead of an actual push button like the Versa 2 had, the Versa 3 has a button flush with the watch itself to make it seem more sleek, but I'm not a fan at all. 3rd, as many users have already reviewed and complained about, the software is buggy. I get it, we were all excited about internal GPS and supposedly more accurate health trackers and things like that. But, I'm perfectly happy with my Versa 2 and fortunately have not had any GPS issues or heart rate accuracy issues either. Save your money and don't buy this.

purchased for mother in law who uses it as a heart rate and o2 monitor. suddenly it just stopped working (no water or fall damage) and reset itself about 6 months following purchase. I am Currently working through to try to get a hard reboot currently but it isn't user friendly or intuitive. Works great when it works I guess.

I’ve had and bought Fitbits from best buy for 6 years without any issues, without anything breaking, with good feedback ahead of purchase etc, but this latest Fitbit purchase resulted in a broken one in about 1 month. It’s on me for not getting the extra cost coverage but the salesperson and and the customer service agent when I inquired about options certainly did not help and were rude/dismissive.

Too sensitive. Button on the side doesn’t always work, sleep portion was always incorrect, and the band rubbed a place on my wrist raw. The GPS only works within 10-20 feet of your phone so that seemed pointless. Returned.

Buying online and picking up from Best Buy was fast and easy. Unfortunately, it didnt work. I contacted Fitbit and after trying a bunch of things, they said to send in for a replacement. That was in Novembef and I am still waiting for my new watch.
