Liked the watch but unless you sign up for premium access it’s just an expensive wrist watch

Not as easy to use as I first thought it will be Hopefully their tech support will help

Not even a year old and the versa 3 no longer tracks exercises when you try to log a run, walk or an elliptical workout. The steps are inaccurate as well as the heart rate. The versa is definitely the inferior model. Fitbit’s only suggestions were to reset the device and reinstall the app. None of these solutions fixed the problem.y older fitbits had lesser features but were more accurate and lasted 3 years each. I would not recommend the Versa 3.

Battery was Ok and it told the time but not many apps were supported, including YouTube Music. I thought it was big bulky thick and kinda ugly. Everytime I tried to use Goggle assistant it crashed and restarted. I returned it. Also it felt very plastic-ee and cheap.

I've owned a few different Fitbits over the years and this will be the last one I buy. It often loses Bluetooth communication with your phone unless you're actively re-pairing it on a daily basis. It also continuously fails to push notifications like calls and texts to it but will respond like you got something but will refuse to say what that notification was until you pair the device and again and it decides to send 50 notifications at once. The heart rate has to be hit or miss as it will register my heart rate in the 90s when I've been doing wind sprints and I know it's much higher than that. Oxygen Saturation reader is a bust too and I doubt when it "works" that it's relaying any accurate information. Avoid this model and just get the Versa 2.

Worked great, until it didn’t. Stopped working 8 months after purchase. Very disappointing to spend a couple hundred dollars on a product that has that small of a life span....

Don’t like the new side button..Screen changes on its own . Alarm times are added sporadically. GPS is off compared to my Garmin. The Vera’s reads less distance covered and a slower pace .

Nice watch, but sometimes it dont go off when i get a call or message.

My wife bought this hoping to make calls etc and was not happy.I felt it's over priced.

Keeps unpairing from my phone and having to restart it all the time

It’s not bad it’s ok far as watch quality but I think Apple Watch is better

I did return this item, as I found Versa 2 delivers more value that Versa 3.

I like almost everything about this watch, but the way the bands attach is cheap and terribly designed. The bands fall out every single time I take the watch off. I want to return it, but I am past the return date. Very disappointed.

Always disconnects from my phone. Hardly receives notifications

Purchased this on 9/28/2020. Had the Fitbit versa prior to this that worked great. After about a week or so I noticed that the heart rate was not working correctly. Tried to reset it numerous time as Fitbit suggested and still had the same issue. Tried to return to best buy but they only gave a 15 day return policy. Test messages also do not seem to show on the screen and apps are very lagging. Not impressed at all. Will try to contact Fitbit again for a refund.

Not as good as an Apple Watch but it gets the job done
