I got this item to track my heart but it's pretty wonky and isn't the best. It tracks sleep but will tell me I'm in light sleep when I'm awake scrolling through social media or in the bathroom. Not the best most reliable, but it does give an outline for some idea of habits.

It’s alright. Nothing special. When I turn my wrist to look at the screen, half the time it does not work. Same with when I click the button on the side. Battery life isn’t great, maybe lasts two days. I probably wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Not impressed. For the price I should have purchased a fitness watch more inline with my athleticism. Additionally, I cannot figure out how to take it off of the "pin" screen. I set up a pin but the watch does not read it. It is maddening frankly.

Fitbit came with a small crack in corner of lens. I sent it back and they refused to replace or fix. I searched for a replacement lense to buy myself and there are none made. Crack just got worse and worse. bought a cheap face to keep glass in. To boot, this fitbit is not intutive and hard to use. I can't read the miles without my glasses and the size is not adjustable. Frustrating. All in all this is one of the most annoying products I've ever bought and I do not use it.

I wanted to like this watch but its full of bugs and navigation is terrible. The screens dont seem to load right when i swipe. The capacitor "button" is all kinds of janky. It seems to just want to auto select everything for you. I cant control what exercises so see. Its all auto select. I have no idea why its even water proof when you dont even have options to add water sports to the watch. PEOPLE HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR YEARS FOR PADDLE SPORTS! Fitbit doesn't seem to care about its user base. Unless you are a very basic person who doesn't want to make decisions and customize your own experience stay away. Come on FITBIT google purchased you and your integration is still sooo crappy.

No live lap count on swim app

Have now left Fitbit. Have been wearing a Fitbit for three years now. Tired of problems with the first Ionic. Tired of the bike app not working on Fitbit Versa. Just upgraded to the Fitbit Versa 3 hoping for better performance. Bike app still does not work (has great difficulty connecting to GPS no matter how clear the skies are), but most importantly as a swimmer, I am disappointed that they have ruined the swimmer app by removing the live lap counter. You can’t see your distance until after you finish your work out and look at your phone. Obviously the engineers are not swimmers. So disappointed in Fitbit. Heading over to Garmin like I should’ve done several years ago.

it was alright at first but 2 months later the bands wont stay on and I can't return it. So lame. Get the versa 2, so much better and having the extra alexa feature is dumb.

Main watch box tag broken and watch was on

In the main box for watch- slim and thin plastic tag was broken and felt like someone already opened it. The watch was on. I don't know at what level it happenned? I don't know if the best buy folks did it and took the untouched watch out and replaced it with used watch? I didn't buy open box watch then why did I received it like this. Very disappointed. i wanted to use it so set it up and its working fine but I feel cheated. I will go to amazon for my future purchases. I have bought hundreds of things from but never this kind of experience.

Watch disconnects all the time and have to reset phone to get it to reconnect. Only had it about a month and bought my wife a samsung watch 4. Since it was past the return date i decided to factory reset the watch and give it to our niece. Well after the factory reset it wont setup or sync to any phone so now we have a $250 piece of trash. I wouldnt recommend fitbit to anyone. All you have to do is google factory reset on the versa and you will see it happens to every watch that gets reset. DONT BUY THIS WATCH unless you like junk that doesnt work

Your company was fine but I had gotten this for my mom for Christmas, and she had nonstop problems with it. Then she exchanged it and still had problems so she ended up getting a lesser model and now she's happy.

The Fitbit Versa 3 was an excellent fitbit smart watch. The problem I had was the band on one side would fall off my wrist daily. It was always the same band. I was really afraid that I would lose fitbit versa 3.

Doesn’t sync accurately with apple health, doesn’t turn on very easily. When it does sync, it adds steps to steps already recorded by the phone. The band is not easy to put on or off.
