I dont like it. Im having the hardiest time connecting it to my phone. I wish i could return iy and get another fossil watch

I am very disappointed. The first thing I noticed was that the band kept coming undone. I just bought this watch about four months ago and I was walking through the mall and the band came off and it crashed to the floor and the screen shattered. $300 down the drain. Second, Alexa never stayed connected which was one of the reasons I bought it. May as well just use Alexa on your phone. This was my fourth Fitbit, (I loved all the others) and I am never going to buy one again.

The watch is awesome but it doesn’t work properly connected to an iPhone. It loses many features: not answering messages, no access to many apps…

I absolutely LOVED the Versa 3 but shortly after one year of use (13 months), it fell apart. Too much money spent for such a short product lifespan.

Was unable to get the performance and satisfaction needed, did not work properly. Very unhappy had to replace with an other brand that was cheaper and it's performing great.

I'd give it no stars if I could. This thing is garbage. There is no way to change app settings, like weather, I'm in America, we don't use Celsius; there is no way to change this. Setting in general are difficult to manage, and on top of it all, I bought this yesterday and the price has already dropped $60. Get a better device.

I’m not liking the fact that ever time my arm moves in boxing my Fitbit cuts off, with a lot of movement just not a good feature for it to always stay on pause :(

hurts your wrist severely. I have no idea what is wrong with it, but your wrist is hurting from wearing it continuously. This never happened with my older Fitbit Charge 2

Like Many people online I purchased the Versa 3 and had it less than a week when the spring loaded clasp that holds the band in place stopped working and the band wouldn't stay on. This is a well known defect and Fitbit should stop selling this flimsy garbage until it's fixed. Returned to Best Buy for a refund.

Can't get the watch to give me all the things that I want active on it thru the app. The button to see the time and stuff is hard to use. Not happy with it.

It’s ok. It’s not all it’s hyped up to be. I was probably better off getting an Apple Watch. The batter definitely doesn’t last 6 days like it says.

nobody could help me or answer my questions. To this day I cannot get the watch to fully operate the way it should.

It would not keep a charge. My husband's twenty dollar smartwatch is a better product. We were greatly disappointed because the reviews seemed very good.

Less than a year & a half, the battery burnt out & it’s dead. Sad. I liked what it did up until then.

This thing is really bulky and comes with a cheap rubber band. The info on the screen is microscopic. It's difficult to navigate and set up. But the real issue, and reason I will be returning it is it's not accurate. I bought it for the sleep tracker, and the data is not accurate. I can't speak to the accuracy of the other features as I'm disabled and have no use for most them.

worked great for a month, now it will not charge. Forcing me to research how to fix it and not being able to use it.

Waste money. Everything on apps of music require PAID SUBSCRIPTION..wont sync with my free pandora account i already have

My frist Fitbit was fine then brought the versa 2 it works really well until it play out. Didn’t have any trouble with my versa 2 . This versa 3 hadn’t been anything but trouble have to keep connected it to my phone alway doing factory reset never did connect for phone call messages sometimes won’t track my steps anymore. Only had it about to month not even done paying for it and my return time is over…

Would not stay synced to iPhone 10. We did all the trouble shooting but could not get it to work.
