Loved it while it lasted, however it died after 1yr & 2 days. Like they always do on me. No idea why.

The Fitbit does not match up to cell phone. I have a Apple 10 and it is not compatible. Very frustrating.

9 months and it broke. The faceplate just popped off. Hoping the warranty covers a replacement.

This watch is a terrible upgrade. Stick with the Versa 2, has more features (Versa 3 has ditched the ability to control music playing on your phone and will only control music from one of their three native garbage music apps). It’s not a good smart watch, connection is terrible, doesn’t offer Mail notifications unless you jump through a million hoops. Get the Versa 2 and be happy. Save yourself some cash and headaches.

This is a very difficult item to operate. Needs to be more user friendly.

Took this product back the next day. The screen kept blacking out and when it wasn't blacking out it would not switch screens easily. It is a terrible piece of technology. Instead, I bought the Samsung Galaxy watch active 2 and it's amazing! More than I could have hoped for; so glad I took the fitbit versa 3 back ASAP

Heart rate monitor is very inaccurate. Screen cracked and they have no way to repair.

Bought this for my wife as a present to help motivate her with her new diet but this feels like it’s made of cheap material. Not sure if it is plastic or aluminum? The screen looks great but can’t respond to sms for any iphone only android. The versa 2 looked and felt a 100% better than this. Disappointed because my wife was looking forward to this but we both agreed it isn’t worth the money or upgrade.

Quit working after a few weeks. Returned it. Not worth the money you pay for it.

Does not hold a charge as good as the versa 2. The versa 3 has a built in gps. If you use this to track your walking or work outs it will only last 2 and a half days. Called fitbit and they sent a new one but it works the same way. Save some money a buy the versa 2.

While I liked the watch and its features, it stopped connecting to the app right after it had passed the 12-month warranty limit. No attempt solved the connection problem, even reinitializing the watch. The app "found" the watch but never managed to connect again.

This idea counts your steps with the slightest arm movements. This give an inaccurate step count.

Works okay, but the screen broke when I barely hit on the corner of a table. Very disappointed

I have to change my password , I'm excited to see how my mother will enjoy her fit bit versa.

After about 2 weeks of owning the versa 3 I've had to factory reset it twice. It starts to constantly reboot itself every minute and won't stop until it is factory reset. Then you just wait until the next time it happens.

This smart watch was too big for my wrist. No button on this version made it hard to use.

screen popped out on me after the heat melted the gasket.

Loved it! Wore it daily for 3 months. Now, it wont charge.
