Screen display Doesn't turn on easy. No easy button to push. I should of returned it.

The wrist band broke after one month and of course it’s not cheap to replace them. It’s a shame too because the device itself is nice but with the strap being broken and so quickly it’s a $200+ paperweight.

Broke several times on me. Data tracking works however there still seems to be a lot of room for technical improvement. Hard to buy insurance on it because the offer only 'pops up' on the app randomly and you cannot contact a service rep to add it! Battery life seems to vary greatly.

Hate it. 3 month after purchase the watch doesn't work anymore. The only "button" the watch has is really bad and sometimes you have to press it several times to get it to work. Fitbit has almost no widgets and very few app for this watch.

My battery stopped working and that isnt covered under the warranty

This thing is confusing and not at all easy to use. Tapping the screen to access functionality does not work well at all. I prefer my old "bad battery" model to this thing. I don't like it and am very dissatisfied.

This version is terrible. It’s totally inaccurate and no amount of restarting resolves the problems. I wish I would have kept my old version or bought an Apple Watch.

The fitbit product has gone down in quality, the glass on it broke somehow in less than 2 months. I do not think it is worth the price for what it does and is the last time I buy a fitbit product

Garbage. It does not track heart rate or steps accurately, the weather app is a nightmare. It will work “sometimes” if i set location services to All the Time but that just runs the battery down before the end of the day. Its worth about $20. Waste of money.

Frustrated at cost vs quality . Not worth the frustration.

Watch face Embossed will not sync with Fitbit App.

I purchased the Fitbit Versa 3 less than two months ago and it is already malfunctioned. It will not stay on. It only shows the icon. Will not link to the App.

Not happy with this fitbit watch, the apps don't work very well at all. The sleep app only does basic sleep detail, steps are not accurate and my messages have stopped coming though.

I’m just bought that a couple weeks ago.I have had to factory reset it four times and the other day I dropped maybe 2 feet on carpet went to an x Said to reset. I tried several times but it crashed. No option I even told Fitbit.

10 days after buying I dropped on tile floor when putting it on. Screen shattered. Fitbit would not offer to help at all. They have NO way to replace a screen on this fitbit.

Terrible Product! It does NOT respond or do what it is suppose to do! It should be recalled & Taken Off the Market! DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH ...

The speaker/mic doesn't work yet. It's there on the watch but non the apps use it. I think Alexa works for asking a question but Alexa will not speak back to you. Google assistant is currently not supported either. Major bummers!
