I don't know how anyone can like this thing, I threw mine out. The interface is absolutley to slow and everything seems a chore to do on it. The worst part is the themes, they are great but confusing to load and you never know which ones you've bought because theres no list of them on it. You have a limit to themes you can download so after you delete 1 to make room for another theres literally no way to know what it was later. I cant stand this device its pure garbage imo.

I bought a Versa 3 for my adult daughter. She works a desk job so it isn’t like she would rough on a product like this. So a month after she has it she looks at it a the screen is cracked in the lower left corner. She doesn’t remember bumping into anything that would have caused this damage. Fitbit says this is damage caused by the wearer and not covered under warranty. And looking at the fitbit community website I am seeing it is a common problem. Faulty design don't buy! I used the Versa 3 for a few days and the band randomly disconnected from the fitbit, fell off my wrist and cracked the screen when it hit the ground making it unusable. Although there is a 1 year warranty, Fitbit won't replace it. I think the product is faulty. Beware!!!

Battery life ok. Heart rate monitor inaccurate and would be off up to 40 bpm. Ended up sending it back.

Its cool, I like it. I just need to get use to it.

No good. Have to sinc every time I want to check the weather or find my phone. If I have to go to the computer to sinc it why would I need the watch that is suppose to do that?Don't buy

Just bought a Versa 3 four days ago. It will not record heart zones. I troubleshooted it, device on and off, repositioned it on my wrist, and called customer service at Fitbit 4 times. They restarted it and pretty much told me to send a picture of my activity today. This is not the fault of Best Buy but the Fitbit support is a joke! I wanted to replace my older Fitbit Ionic which works ok except for the battery charge longevity. Returning the Versa 3 to Best Buy now. Don’t buy this. There are other reviews of the same issue that a lot of people have. This is so frustrating!

Burned my skin after three days of wearing. Left scars on my wrist.

Fitbit Versa 3 will not stay paired or connected to my iPhone, so notifications of text messages, etc. doesn’t work. Both devices are updated and all troubleshooting procedures that can be found online at Fitbit.com and elsewhere do NOT work. Waste of money. Do not buy this Fitbit.
