Everything but the sleep app is super! The sleep app is the same as the Charge 5 app, and it's just as bad. It often misses the beginning hours of sleep, recording sleep only after 12:01 AM. I have discussed this issue with their support people several times and no one seems to have a fix for it.

Bought this watch for my sister and she absolutely loves it. Its easy to setup and she loves her first smart watch.

This product is a true motivator. It's not just for counting steps and tracking heart rate. The app is great for tracking sleep patterns, and even your daily calorie intake. Make sure to get a screen protector and a few different bands. The bands are easily destroyed by cats.

Very comparable to the Apple Watch, but much cheaper. Also has a superior battery life, only needing charge every 5-6 days

Battery life is a good six days. It has all the functionality that was stated at the time of purchase.

A really good fitness wearable. However, I am disappointed to not see the Google Assistant or Calling feature yet at launch. Fitbit advertises this to make it seem as if it is available right now, but it is not. I would also like to see more apps and better watch faces. Still, a very good wearable!

Bought for the wife as she wanted one. Still works perfect as of September 2021 and great battery life.

Sleek looking with good features. Website says this model has SPO2 tracking but haven’t found that feature on the watch.

I purchased this watch god my mother who recently had a heart attack. I wanted to give her something to monitor her heart rate, activity and sleep. After having it set up she loves having this watch. It has more features than she ever will use. We were able to set it up so my girlfriend and I can also monitor my mom from our phones. During a recent Doctors appointment the Dr loved that she had this watch and was able to review her data giving him a better picture into her health.

So far! I’ve had no issues with the watch! I like that the battery life is good, I don’t have to charge it frequently.

Great item! Wish it came with more than one kind of watch band. Otherwise very helpful for tracking fitness.
