My wife really love this watch. It was very easy to set up.

It is a great product that has helped me track my health endeavor. The only issue that I have had is the Bluetooth connection, it has a tendency to disconnect without warning. Plus you cannot have any other device connected at the same time.

I love my new Fitbit-Versa 3. I love that the battery last a long time too.

prefer the apple watch but still a great purchase for the price

This watch/tracker has just about everything you need and is very customizable. The only negative so far is that it will intermittently lose the Bluetooth connection with my iPhone. I previously had an Ionic and the battery life on the Versa 3 is much better.

Versa 2 died after getting water splashed on it for the first time in 2 years, so I'm trying one more time with Versa 3. Both have swimming as an option, so we'll see if this one survives. I do like everything else about the Versa 3 so fingers crossed!

I love the watch and the options on it. The only thing is that I wish it was more user friendly and the touch screen could be improved. Also more band options are needed!

Bought this for my wife in February for her to wear during swimming when it developed a crack running from the top of the screen to the bottom. No problem, 1 year warranty on a supposedly Gorilla glass screen right? Nope, not covered since we did not pay for an extended warranty (One was not offered during purchase). The customer service rep did the old blame game, even suggesting that since my wife swam in a heated pool then went into a cool locker room which caused the screen to crack. This is a manufacturing defect plain and simple as as a Gorilla glass screen should adjust to changes in temperature which are not really that extreme in this case. Fitbit advertises this as health and fitness product, but is defective when using it for that purpose. This is our 3rd product from this company and customer service has been stellar up to this point. We will not be purchasing another one. I guess since Google took over the emphasis is on profit an not producing a better product. Buy this product at your own risk an be prepared to buy another one in short order. Better yet, buy from a company other than Google/Fitbit.

This is a functional watch that is loaded with features. I bought it when it was released and honestly, as a graduate student, have not had the time to learn how to utilize all the functions. I have lost 80 pounds this year and I rely heavily on my watch to synch properly and be easy to read. The functions I use work well reporting my data to my Fitbit and myfitnesspal apps.
