Fitbit has improved from the first few generations I had years ago. Watch is comfortable and tracks activity well. I have a large wrist so I wish the large band was a tad larger but I make due. Get a screen protector.

Only lasted a year. Why pay the money if it's going to die a month out of warranty...

By Far the Worst Smart Watch I've Owned

I have owned a couple other FitBits and two Microsoft Bands (no longer made) and this is the worst of the bunch. My Fitbit Versa was a few years old and was starting to act up, so I figured I'd upgrade to the Versa 3. The biggest problem is that it constantly becomes unpaired with my phone. This happens at least once a day and many days it's multiple times. I have to reset it to reconnect and this brings me to another issue. The "button" is not a physical button but a sensor of some sort and it is very difficult to hold it down long enough to get the Fitbit to reset. The unpairing is annoying and inconvenient at best, but has caused other problems as well. When unpaired, the watch doesn't keep time accurately. I use it as my alarm in the morning and on more than one occasion the Fitbit was several minutes slow. Fortunately, I use a backup alarm, or I would have been late to work. The other problem with the button is that it is very sensitive and depending on where you wear the Fitbit, you can unintentionally trigger the button and actually start changing settings and such just from walking or moving around. The Fitbit also freezes from time to time and is buggy - there are times where you cannot pull down your text messages, they just don't show up. Also, the screen is very sensitive and warm shower water will cause it to activate and start scrolling through settings and different functions. On the positive side, when it works, it works well. Even with all the problems, if I pay close attention I can keep on top of it and keep it working - it just takes several resets a day and frequent monitoring to see if it's paired and telling time properly. Also, the alarm is great because it uses a quiet vibration that wakes me up but doesn't disturb my wife. Battery life is impressive, it's comfortable, and seems pretty durable, but that is all overshadowed by the Fitbit just not working properly.

A home away from home very happy with my new watch. Compared to my last watch the features are ten times more. The people who helped me to hook it up to my phone did an awesome job. I would highly suggest going in there for their help when needed or to purchase a new product.

It is a very good watch, track a lot, lot of options for apps. Has some strange nuances where it may not connect with my phone, could be the age of my phone. Once I reboot my phone, it is fine, so I am guessing I just need a newer phone.

Great watch, but no many useful applications. I watch steps, mileage, calories burned, and heart rate. I was hoping tojuave some use for the gps feature and music player, but that didn't really happen. For music it only offers Pandora and Breezer(?). As far as GPS and other features, I didn't realize what a hindrence it would be to be tethered to my phone because of the Bluetooth connection. There are about a dozen apps available for the versa 3, most of them are running apps which I don't need more than Fitbit for. One is a hiking app, but I don't do it enough. I'm just disappointed need that it didn't workout for me.

I love fitbit bands, I've had them since not long after they came out. I've had the charge, blaze, versa 2 and now the versa 3. The only thing I miss from the 2 is I had a clock with a personalized image that was free and most of the clocks you have to pay for now but it's not a big deal.

I bought this for my mom for her birthday. After having it for just over a year it died. When she contacted customer support they said it was out of warranty and offered her a very small discount on a different device. This is very disappointing as I know her FitBit was well taken care of. If Fitbit wants to continue making disposable trackers then they should start charging disposable prices.

I love my Versa 3. It doesn’t always register for my exercises and sometimes my sleep doesn’t have a rating. Otherwise, I am very pleased. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I can have Geek Squad help if I run into a problem with my watch.

like the new fat burn indicator when working out, but the side of watch with button to switch screens will turn on when working out and pause the calorie count. only reason i gave it 4 stars, otherwise glad i did the upgrade from versa 2

Good watch. Looks sleeker than my wife's versa 2. She like this one and says its faster than her versa 2. She wanted it because her versa 2 wasn't holding charge as well after a little over a year

I have been a FitBit user for many years. It was time to upgrade from the Versa 2 to the Versa 3. My husband's Versa 2's watchband clip broke, so we had to get him a new one the same day we bought the Versa 3.

Love my Versa 3. Sometimes it doesn't swipe as easily as I would like. Bought a protector for the screen and just knew it would decrease the swiping sensitivity but it actually improved it. That was unexpected.

Love the Versa 3. My wife and I had a Fitbit Charge 3 and 4. Loved them. When they both died, I broke the band connector and hers just finally died, we went and bought each of us a Versa 3. It is water resistant for swimming and the bigger screen offers more options and easier viewing.
