Had problems at first but as time goes on it got better. So far I like it

I purchased this product because I was ready to step up from my previous device which was a Bellabeat. I'm still exploring the many functions and I must say the device keeps me motivated.

This little device has totally changed everything for me – how much to walk, how much to stay active , my sleep, reading texts, in the gym , music , Wish I would’ve gotten it sooner!

had a first gen Versa and liked that. But this one w/ the built in GPS is really a vast improvement ! Good job FitBit !! Only wish it had XC skiing in the workout choices.

I was wanting a watch that would count my steps and monitor my heartbeat. This watch does perfectly. I also love to listen to pandora on it, works great with my earbuds.

Works great and seamlessly integrated with my Noom app and my phone. Very satisfied with my purchase.

The Fitbit is a solid performer, and I haven't had a problem with it.

Good overall product, but sometimes I have to swiped several times for the device to react. Other than that, no complaints.

Comfortable, nice sized face on the watch. Replaced the band with one that is more professional.

This is a replacement for an older version I had for years. So far, no problem and I love it. Will definitely recommend it.

Great update. My only thing for not giving it a 5 is Fitbit always has issues connecting with iPhone to view text messages.

First time user. It takes a while to get used to it and set up. I had to watch a few youtube videos to break it down for me.

Coming from Wear OS, it's alright. Definitely a robust health and fitness tracker but Google needs to hurry up and decide what they're doing with their acquisition of FitBit and merge the two OS's. For what Wear OS is lacking in fitness tracking Fitbit lacks in app support and consistency across services.

My old fitbit wouldn't charge anymore so got a new 3 there is alot I like but some things I liked on the 2 it doesn't do now. But I like it now.

I had a very old fitbit that was on its last leg and bought this for myself as an early Mother's Day gift! I'm obsessed! So many great features and I love that it isn't bulky!

Bought it for my wife she loves it as long as your close to your phone you can answer calls text messages ect. Be up town and pay for your things at a grocery store or restaurant

Great product and nice upgrade from my previous Fitbit Charge 2. Can get a little wonky when moving quickly between things, but the interface is usually nice and responsive.
