Text Notifications & Calls stop working

Restart helped but then the issue started up again. Fitbit Customer Service call helped but then the issue started up again. Fitbit Customer Service was unable to help after factory reset and will ship a new one however I am hesitant to get this same model vs. going back to Fitbit Versa 1 or 2 (I did not have any issues with Fitbit Versa 1, I gave it to my daughter and I upgraded).

Don’t waste your money!
