A little dissapointed! #1. It has to be charged ever two days. #2. It does not tell you when the battery is low. #3. I'm having issues replying to a short message. Always getting a some message about trying again.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas it’s a upgrade from the one she had

Buyer beware. Subscription required?! First, I was very pleased when I was reading the features and I decided to buy this for my wife as a gift. After she received it and started TRYING to use it, we discovered more and more issues with it. First, it does not count her steps properly. After reviewing all the recommendations from the manufacturer and even third-party sites, she's reset it, HARD reset it, modified her steps, uninstalled it from her phone, reinstalled it from her phone, and every other possible iteration of reprogramming it. Nothing will make it count her steps properly. How bad is it? Well, I'm glad you asked! She normally walks over 20,000 steps in a day and it only registered 450 some days. What's worse is when she's taken it off to charge it CONTINUED to register calories burned!!! LOL. That time, it registered 400 cal while not even wearing it. Last night, she burned 250 cal watching TV! So, then my wife did a vast amount of reading and discovered that people are experiencing the same problems, but when they BUY THE SUBSCRIPTION suddenly everything that should work normally (but doesn't) suddenly starts working. She's also trended that people who are using an Apple phone are having more frequent issues than Android users. It's only conjecture, but this could be Apple's interference to stifle competition for their Watch. Regardless of this, the fact that people suddenly get their watch to work by paying for the subscription is ludicrous. Lastly, there seems to be a significant variance in QUALITY for production of the Versa 3. You'll read how some people have great success and then, one review later, you'll see a review like ours that's riddled with problems. We've tried everything that was recommended by the manufacturer. Nothing has fixed this watch. That means the watch doesn't work properly. We will NOT be getting the subscription and instead will return the watch for a different product.

So far this Fitbit has been exceptional. Well worth testing.
