    The customer may not know that these watches are being phased out until one is bought and you can’t get any customer support. Very deceitful practice in my book!

    Bought this as an update to a Versa 1. Battery life has been improved significantly. Negatives includes method of charging (requires magnetized cable included with watch) and difficulty in resetting time when traveling (especially outside the US). Overall, a decent upgrade to the first generation Versa.

    Would not work. Wouldn’t even charge. Got big red X on the screen. Called FitBit Support for help. Still would not work and was told by Support to return it as it appeared to be used. Only good thing about this experience was that the return process was easy.
