    It seems like I have to sync it more than I should have to. Sometimes I don't receive my text messages on it.

      Hi there, SandyD. We’re sorry to hear you're having issues with syncing on your Versa 4. Normally, a quick restart can resolve that problem — here’s how to do that:

      To restart your Fitbit device:
      1. Locate the Settings app.
      2. Tap Settings, then Restart Device, then Restart.

      If your device is unresponsive:
      1. Plug in your device to charge.
      2. Press the button on the charger's flat end 3 times with 1-second pauses.
      3. Wait 10 seconds, or until the logo appears.

    Horrible. Gps failed consistently. Route map would not show. Ridiculous navigating through the actual tracker. I can’t understand why this tracker was ever released by Fitbit. So thankful I bought it at Best Buy, who allows returns up to so many days. Being a fan of Fitbit and their app… I bought the Charge 5 and so far it has been working flawlessly. I’ve had no issues with the battery draining. I do not recommend the Versa 4.

    This watch was intended to be an upgrade from my Versa. Unfortunately some features such as the Spotify Control were no longer available and there were several bugs with this new watch. One was that the fitbit pay would randomly pop up and it was fustrating to constantly have to get out of that screen. Fitbit Tech support was unable to resolve the issue and I ultimately returned the watched and got an Apple watch SE. It seems to track my heartrate better anyway.

    Oh how Fitbit has fallen! I had an earlier version of FB that suddenly died after using it several years. It only had to be charged once a week or so. When it died and I chose to upgrade (since the old version was no longer available, this new one would go 3-4 days without needing to be charged, which I thought was unacceptable. But now, this piece of rubbish has to be charged every. single. night. It keeps telling me that it needs to be updated with Google, however won't allow me to log in to Google. So, for a "smartwatch" it is the dumbest piece of tech I own. Doesn't track my sleep (because it's on the charger), and doesn't update to Google (for god knows what reason). When you spend that much money on a watch that only keeps time, and poorly at that, might as well go back to Timex. Come on Fitbit. You can do better.

      1. Turn off always-on display
      2. Use phone GPS instead of built-in GPS
      3. Dim the screen or enable auto brightness

    It seems to keep time. I have not taken the time to see why it will not marry to my IPhone. It does not count steps properly. Not even close. Maybe I will feel better about it when I have more time to fool with it. You have to search to find the battery charge
