Worst fitbit ever

No more junky fitbit products for me!

The battery got to the point where it wouldn't charge and eventually would not turn on at all. It just displays a red X now when you try and turn it on. Naturally it failed just outside of the warranty period so fitbit support is useless. This is the fourth or fifth fitbit I've bought and they typically last for about a year before something fails. Im done with fitbit and their junky products!

Do not buy.

Frustrated

New device and the sleep tracking is terrible gone are the days when the Fitbit was my go to device.

1. Check if your sleep setting is set to Sensitive. If it is, change it to Normal.
2. For accurate sleep tracking, position your device 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone, ensuring a secure but comfortable fit.
3. To adjust a sleep session’s start or end time, edit it in the Fitbit app.

Not good and had bad experience

Best buy said they don't cover return since it crossed 30 days. No proper customer support to report this. Previous version ( versa 3 ) is much better.

Scratches easily, doesnt measure accurately

For example there is only one clock face available. Also there appears to issues with the screen waking up when the wrist is turned. Despite the setting being turned on, it does not do it; you must touch the screen to wake it.

As for the screen wake issue, please check if your Do Not Disturb or Sleep Mode settings are disabled as these features disable screen wake when in use. Steps here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2086.htm
