I'm very satisfied with my versa4 watch it's what I need.

I recently lost my Apple Watch in the water and this is just an okay replacement. It works for fitness tracking but lacks in other features. For the price, it is worth it if yon just want a fitness tracker.

Great for exercise. Heart monitor is great easy to read.

Doesn't have find my phone feature. Help is not accurate

I love my smart watch! I am not very tech savvy. I am able to work this watch. Only problem was with the band. Moisture was trapped against my skin and caused a rash. I purchased a breathable band and all is well

Purchased for my spouse at her request. She loves it. Pretty accurate except for detecting all the flights off stairs she traverses. It is her first wearable device. She finds it easy to use and understand. She is happy which gives me many dogs if relief.

The first watch I bought from best buy was not a working watch as determined by your geek squad on my second trip to the galleria mall store. I got a new one and exchanged it. Your geek squad decided to set it up for me and then charged me $30. He also screwed up my phone. They had both my second watch and my phone for well over an hour. The Service was Terrible and I have not been able to restore my phone to normal. The second watch works but the process was poor. And your geek squad guy also kept my watch charging cord...So I had to make a third trip to best buy to recover my cord. The entire process cost me 3 trips of approximately 25 miles round trip,3 times and multiple hours of time spent just to get a watch. To summarize the process, the original product,the service and the damage to my phone is awful and unacceptable. Please respond

Love battery strength and accuracy of physical training tracking

I love this watch. I’ve had the Fitbit versa 2 and the Apple Watch and this watch is by far my favorite. The battery life is amazing and was important when purchasing. I also feel like the step counter is more accurate than my previous watches. I’m very pleased with this watch.

My husband is so pleased by this replacement to his Fitbit Blaze. He said the battery life is fantastic and the app functionality is just wonderful, also it can do so much more than his prior Fitbit! So I would definitely recommend it!

My previous Fitbit was very difficult to read in many light settings. My new Versa 4 solves that problem and provides me with the information I need to keep me motivated and on track to achieve my fitness goals.

Bought this to get a larger display. Very happy with my purchase. Does exactly what I need it to do. I do intend to get a different band. While the one provided works fine, I prefer not to have to put the end of the band inside the other part of the band.

Never had a watch that tracks my steps and sleep patterns…linked up great with the newest Apple IPhone and I can read my text messages and can see who is calling me. Was going Apple Watch but didn’t want to charge each night. My Fitbit will last nearly a week between charges.

Purchased as gift - the receiver says the watch is great but didn't like the band. They have not yet found a suitable replacement, as Fitbit changed the band from past models and band they found for Versa 2 doesn't fit Versa 4.

I have been pleasantly surprised on how much I did like. A long time fitbit user I was going to get another model but the sales deal on this one was excellence. So, happy I made the purchase.
