    Garbage!! My husband bought this for me for Christmas and it already doesn’t work. I had it charging overnight and it won’t even power on! The app is no help either. Don’t waste your money especially with Best Buy’s horrible return policy. Buyer beware!

    I am very happy with the Fitbit Versa 4. This replaced my Versa 2. I love the improved ease of changing bands.

    I like the newer features that the Versa 4 provides, however, my older Charge device I was hoping that my long-time trend data would still be there, however most of it wasn't :(. So, I did extract/archive it before I got this newer device. Also, I did notice that the battery level % indicator stops at 53% and will stay that way for a couple of days and then just dies. Not a good indicator at all.

      1. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.

    Very nice fit, looks really nice. Replaced my Fitbit because the case broke. This is a larger screen. Still haven’t gotten my sleep tracking set.
