    Heart beat is not really accurate and it restarts itself so many time even during workouts. I'm done purchasing fitbit watches, and of course warranty was up by the time it was acting up.

    Nice looking fitness watch but all fields do not link with my iPhone. Weather screen remains blank no matter how many different ways I try to link them. Disappointing!

    Had these for years. This one simply died in fairly short order and when we brought it in to be evaluated the tech agreed it was dead and couldn't be fixed.

    I order a refubished or possibly floor model marked as excellent condition. Luckily I was able to return since the fully charged battery died within an hour each time I tried to wear it. Very unacceptable that this was offered as excellent condition. Also got very warm while charging.

    Not bad. The heartbeat isnt always correct for me. But maybe expected at the price range. When working out hard and heavly sweating it wont register your heatbeat all the time.

    Exceptional battery life. I am a prior owner of the apple watch that need a daily recharge vs my Fitbit the lasts over one week.

    When I first purchased this fitness tracker I noticed the UI was sluggish at times. After owning it a week I noticed the heart rate monitor wouldn't keep up while I was at the gym. I also noticed it was way over counting my steps one of my days it said I did over 12,000 steps and I don't even do cardio. An because of that it over counted how many calories I had burned and how far I had walked that day. Not only that but they took away some important features such as no wifi and not allowing you to download music onto your own fitness device. After that week I returned it and got a true fitness watch the Garmin venu 2 and I'm so glad I did.

    Very disappointed with Fitbit’s customer service. The watch stopped working and I reached out to their support for a warranty repair or replacement about 6 months ago. Initially it appeared as if they were on top of things. The service rep took my case and sent me a case number. But after that, total silence. If been following up half a dozen times at least, but no response whatsoever. Very disappointed and will not buy another of their products.

    Exceptional timepiece and monitor of health data. Easy to operate despite the broad activities that it monitors. Excellent technology. A valued investment.

    The app shows Inaccurate step counts ecen when person is not moving. The phone call integration is not smooth with Andriod devices

    I should have done more research before purchasing the Fitbit-Versa 4 Fitness Smartwatch. Large plastic wristband is not very comfortable for nighttime wearing.

    Battery life is the best

    I love the battery life on this fitbit. I had the fitbit versa 2 n i had to charge it everyday at night. This newer one needs to be charged on the 4th day.

    Good design, bad software. Constantly freezes, shuts down randomly, stops in the middle of workout tracking, etc. I requested a warranty exchange from Fitbit and when mine arrived at their warehouse, it sat for a week. Now the status has said prepared for shipping for three days. It appears the exchange process will be 2-3 weeks long. That’s astonishingly bad. I’ll never buy a Fitbit again. Not Best Buy’s fault.

    Absolute garbage. Doesnt accurately track steps or exercises. Returned it in 2 day. Went back to the versa 3 with a new band

    Great Smartwatch/Fitness Tracker

    Love this! I thought it might be too big, but it's a good size for me. I've had it for almost a month now, and it makes me wonder why I didn't replace my old one earlier! I did drop it in the sink while doing dishes and it survived until I could fish it out. I've also dropped it and hit it against hard objects by accident, and no problems, not even a scratch on it.

    I bought this watch, thinking I would like to read from the Versa 2 but I was absolutely disappointed as soon as I open the package as it felt incredibly cheap. The manager who sold it to me said that it would fit the bands from my versa two and it did not so I went back and return it immediately. The additional features that offers or nothing. The Fitbit premium can’t even be tried without a credit card and that sucks and I am so disappointed with a Fitbit app that.

    The Fitbit is a great smartwatch. Nice features. Unfortunately, I am allergic to the band so I had to replace it with a different kind.
