Product worked perfectly for 2 weeks, then 1 day the main screen suddenly went black, not sure why. I rebooted the watch and everything back to normal since. Really weird

Overall it's a great product, the only issue is the watch will freeze up several times. Therefore I have to sync the the watch again.

Love the look. Love some of the features such as gps without having your phone on you. Brand new I could not get it to track exercise. Steps, sleep data, etc was fine but it would go cuckoo when trying to track exercise. I’ve spent many days now with customer support trying to troubleshoot it. I’ve had $7 fitness trackers that worked better at this point as well as an expensive garmin that I had zero issues with. Maybe I just received a lemon, but it’s been a headache to deal with. Another thing- beware that google bought fitbit and you now have to habe a google account attached to your device and everything on it is a google fitbit app. Since it is google, it will not sync with apple health without a third party app either. Just another annoyance of this device.

I like the size. It's not bulky. I wanted a wearable that wasn't extremely expensive and this fit the bill.

Since it is so new there are not a variety of faces to choose from. Also I don’t always receive alerts it could be the phone I don’t know. But all in all itis a good fitness tracker and accurate as well.

I really would like for the text messages to show the context on the watch face without having to stop what i am doing to tap it to read the message.

Tgis is a great product, but just like.the rest of my fitbit watches. Im pretty sure it's going to last 3 yrs beforehand it starts to malfunction

Love this watch! Comfortable to wear, love the multi-functions with the integration with my phone.

I order my husband Fitbit watch from online and it was in the store the next day the services is awesome!

Still getting use too but so far so good. Have only had it a month.

Bought this for my wife. She loves it . She is 69 i want her to be with us as long as possible

Not bad but a little bulky. It gets the job done whichbis all you need.

I bought this watch to track my bike riding this year, and frankly, it's disappointing. It thinks my cycling mileage is steps. Counted over 23,000 steps one day. Today it said my maximum speed on my ride was 32.6mph! Not even downhill with a tailwind. I'll be looking for something else.

I love the size of the display on this tracker. Had two Fitbits prior to this one and the displays on both were too small.

I love it. It gives me a lot of information. Just wished it was more waterproof.

This is my second Fitbit and I just love it! It can do so many great things to keep me on track.

I can now count my steps. Working security. I can do anywhere from 12 to a 1000 + 215000 plus.

I just needed a update as I had an older version. this does everything I needed to do and more.

The only thing I do not like is how the band hooks.
