    I had a problem with new Versa 4 so I had to return and exchange for another. Initially had to contact "Support " to walk me through setting up because watch was not syncing. Although more features than my Versa 2 not as user friendly for this senior.

    Fitbits are not what they used to be. Perhaps they have become too complicated like other smart watches or devices. Simplicity and battery life were the strong things about them

      1. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
      2. Try to manually sync your Fitbit device.
