Replacement from previous Fitbit....love the new features and long life battery

I love this Fitbit. I've used many Fitbits before and this is definitely the best one. Not only can you stay upto date on your fitness journey but you can also respond to texts and calls on it. It's well worth every penny. The newer Fitbits do not compare as they now contain a metal that the majority people are allergic to. However the versa 4 doesn't have this common allergen. Very happy with my purchase!

The watch is new and has a lot of useful features. It is a good pick for active users.

Loved it. Nice battery backup and almost all features are present. Can be enegaged with mac or android.

Nice fitness watch. I use it whenever I exercise. This watch has a lot of features packed in it.

I bought 2 as Christmas presents for my parents. Both were open box since they won’t be used on a daily basis. This particular one had very damaged packaging but it was certified excellent so I wasn’t worried about the watch not working. When my mom opened the box there was no charger, so now I have to buy a replacement charger since all the support options are robots and I can’t get a human to help me. Product itself was “excellent” as stated during purchase, but they obviously didn’t inspect it fully.

Cost effective and long lasting battery with all features as apple

It does well for an exercise tracker, not a smart watch. No issues for me otherwise.

Very easy to set up and use. Battery life is good. You get an email when battery is low. Great product
