    Hate it. I let go of my versa too for gps and I hate it. The heart rate during a work out is not close to accurate. One drop of sweat and this piece of garbage either stops reading your heart rate or is completely inaccurate. On not day not even when I sleep is my heart rate 70. So how when I manually check my heart rate Im 142, the treadmill Im running on clocking 140, my old fitbit is reading 140 and this piece of garbage on my wrist is reading 70. Not worth the gps if I can close to accurately clock my heartrate... i have been a fitbit user since the teardrop and this peace of trash was a waste of $250.

    Have to hold the button to see anything incoming. with my Versa Lite I only had to lift my wrist. Incoming call? Have to hold the button long enough to keep the screen on so you can deny/answer the call. Incoming notification? Hold the button to see. I really liked my Versa Lite bett

      Hey there, KathleenW. We understand the frustration when you have trouble viewing a notification or incoming call. You may need to adjust the screen wake setting and here’s how:

      1. In the quick settings screen, tap the screen wake icon to adjust the setting.
      2. When you set Screen Wake to Auto (Motion), the screen turns on each time you turn your wrist.

      You can also turn on always-on display:
      1. Swipe down from the clock face to open your quick settings.
      2. Tap the always-on display icon
