I should have done more research before purchasing the Fitbit-Versa 4 Fitness Smartwatch. Large plastic wristband is not very comfortable for nighttime wearing.

Exceptional timepiece and monitor of health data. Easy to operate despite the broad activities that it monitors. Excellent technology. A valued investment.

I love the battery life on this fitbit. I had the fitbit versa 2 n i had to charge it everyday at night. This newer one needs to be charged on the 4th day.

I bought this watch, thinking I would like to read from the Versa 2 but I was absolutely disappointed as soon as I open the package as it felt incredibly cheap. The manager who sold it to me said that it would fit the bands from my versa two and it did not so I went back and return it immediately. The additional features that offers or nothing. The Fitbit premium can’t even be tried without a credit card and that sucks and I am so disappointed with a Fitbit app that.

Love Fitbit for many years but this verdion has have many glitches. I recommend the sense 2 or the versa 2

The Fitbit is a great smartwatch. Nice features. Unfortunately, I am allergic to the band so I had to replace it with a different kind.

Great concept, but dies at exactly 1 year and 10 days every time. No kidding! Right after the warranty expires the Fitbit watches die. I think they have it rigged. Three times a charm. Won’t fall for that again. Cheap er than the Apple Watch, but not if you have to buy a new one every year. Apple Watch is the way to go.

Like the watch but not the band. We will have to purchase another band.

The watch stopped working 4 weeks after purchased. Still haven't figured why the battery wouldn't work.

Needed to replace an older model, this one was on sale.

This is not my favorite purchase. My older fitbit was so much better and never caused me issues. This one has trouble syncing each day. Sometimes text notifications don’t buzz on your arm and other times it does. My biggest complaint is the syncing issue because it doesn’t do what you want it to do like heart rate, sleep, weather, May all just be blank until it decides to sync. It’s just annoying!

this is an upgrade from my Versa 2. the only thing I don't like is the charger - the cord is way to short. but overall - it's good

Bought Versa4 for my wife as a bday gift and it stopped charging after 3 weeks .

A solid smart watch, but I was surprised that r There were fewer features than my Versa 2 it replaced

Great product!! Great price, and easy purchase. Looking forward to seeing out this product can help me keep up with my fitness.

This is the best versa yet. I have purchased Versa 1, 2, and now 4z this is way more responsive and a kick butt battery life!

I purchased this for my wife last May and It quit working in June. The battery got to the point where it wouldn't charge and eventually would not turn on at all. It just displays a red X now when you try and turn it on. Naturally it failed just outside of the warranty period so fitbit support is useless. This is the fourth or fifth fitbit I've bought and they typically last for about a year before something fails. Im done with fitbit and their junky products!
