Posted .Hi there, KimberlyB. We hear your concerns regarding you not getting the most accurate readings from the Versa 4. Here are a few things to confirm to get the best results:
For step tracking:
Confirm your height and wrist settings are correct in the Fitbit app to get the best results. Since it uses height to estimate your walking and running stride lengths, you may want to measure and manually adjust these values if your legs are longer or shorter than average.
For sleep tracking:
1. Check if your sleep setting is set to Sensitive. If it is, change it to Normal.
2. For accurate sleep tracking, position your device 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone, ensuring a secure but comfortable fit.
3. To adjust a sleep session’s start or end time, edit it in the Fitbit app.

For example there is only one clock face available. Also there appears to issues with the screen waking up when the wrist is turned. Despite the setting being turned on, it does not do it; you must touch the screen to wake it.

As for the screen wake issue, please check if your Do Not Disturb or Sleep Mode settings are disabled as these features disable screen wake when in use. Steps here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2086.htm

AVOID VERSA 4 AT ALL COSTS

The only reason I purchased this was for the fitness tracking ability. After reviewing a bunch of options online, I selected this one. After GOOGLE took over from Fitbit...no one cares or will respond to any fixes for this bug. Look for a different brand as this is miserable.
