Fit bits are good while they last. It seems that they where out within about 24 months though.

I have had Fitbit devices for many years and it appears every two years the device stops working. New device and the sleep tracking is terrible gone are the days when the Fitbit was my go to device.

It's probably a good watch but since I was not able to program it, I couldn't tell. Maybe the geek squad could have helped. But that might cost more money.

I like the look of the watch but its not as user friendly as my original Versa. I could do more with the old one.

All the features my wife desired but the only issue is the screen timeout is a minimum of ten seconds. Hurts the battery life

Wish it had more features like reviewing messages.

this watch has all the features of my old watch i love the battery it last a good 4 or 5 days charges quickly

Had very bad experience. starts resetting on its own after 5 weeks. Best buy said they don't cover return since it crossed 30 days. No proper customer support to report this. Previous version ( versa 3 ) is much better.

It doesn't keep a charge long and the bpm are not accurate

The versa 4 doesn't allow you to install 3rd party apps unlike versa 2 and 3.

Will not connect properly to alexa. Notifications and calls dont come through

This is a Christmas gift. Not opened yet. Love everything Fitbit. It looks so cool. Can't wait to wear it.

I purchased this for my wife last May and It quit working in June. The battery got to the point where it wouldn't charge and eventually would not turn on at all. It just displays a red X now when you try and turn it on. Naturally it failed just outside of the warranty period so fitbit support is useless. This is the fourth or fifth fitbit I've bought and they typically last for about a year before something fails. Im done with fitbit and their junky products!

I just don’t like this as much as I did my Versa 2. Wish I had gotten another one of those again.

We updated my wife’s Versa 3 for the new Versa 4. We have been happy with the updated Smartwatch.

If it’s fitness tracking you seek, why spend more money than necessary! Versa 4 is outstanding!

Better than the Versa 3. Brighter better apps. East to use.

I love it I check it everyday..I charge every other day. Is nice to know steps, sleep pattern.

Like it. Getting use to the difference from the versa 2. Like the ease of changing the band.

There appears to be less features with the Versa 4 than the earlier models. For example there is only one clock face available. Also there appears to issues with the screen waking up when the wrist is turned. Despite the setting being turned on, it does not do it; you must touch the screen to wake it.
