    Bought for Xmas gift. Love it at first then stopped working after 3 months. 2nd watch this Happen to.

    I purchased this watch because i have the Dexcom g7 and wanted to get my readings on it so I wouldn't have to keep pulling my phone out. Turns out you have to buy the third party app for it. You can't download it for free. For all that I'll just keep using my phone. Waste of time even tho it's compatible.

    The wrist band takes some getting used to. Previously owned a Versa 2. While I like having Alexa and customizable theme menu's, I can't really find one similar to the Versa 2's default theme. Getting notifications synced from my phone is a nice touch as well.

    Terrible, it never synced right with my husband's phone. Big waste of money, was charged for the extra fit bit items and never used :(

    Watch kept unpairing with the dapp. Had to uninstall 3 times and start over. Finally it lost 15 mins on the clock and stopped pairing. All i get now is a big flashing red X. I will be returning it.

    It is difficult to recharge the battery. Once it is full it works very nice. But the charger is not working well and it didn't last 3 months

    Horrible! In accurate data count! Stopped working within 30 days and only allowed a 15 day return period from date of delivery to return end date. Unable to get my money back or exchange!! Can only use protection plan but it’s an awful watch. Don’t waste your money

    The audacity to charge for the Fitbit+ insights which are free with Apple Garmin etc is typical bs from these parasitic companies. The software has not changed in 5 plus years no dark mode, no OEM bands etc. Stay away from anything Google controlled.

    This watch is absolutely terrible and the customer service is even worse from Fitbit. This is the second watch I’ve purchased and it will be the last. Less than 3 months after having it, the screen cracked despite having a screen protector!!! Someone literally bumped into me and it cracked. It shouldn’t have cracked considering there was no significant impact. Fitbit is useless… they tell you essentially to kick rocks.

    Terrible. The first time I bought this it lasted a year and during that time the step count kept glitching. The second time I bought this it broke within one week of using. Would not recommend wasting money on this.

    It started off great but i have to give it a 1 cause it is not lasting very long, we are constantly resetting it, it does not keep up with the date and times and the steps are off, My wife charged it all night and by the time she got to work it was off due to charge, not sure what is going on with it.

    I liked the look look and the band of newer versa 4 however it did not have all the same features of my older versa which is very disappointing.

    Crapped out at 16 days 2 days after the store return policy. Thought you would get at least 30 days on a very expensive item.

    A list of the problems that I've had with this watch that remain unresolved: The time is 12 minutes slow Activity data never syncs Does not track sleep at all Google pay/Fitbit pay or whatever they call it can't be set up

    The watch worked fine in the beginning. But, I set an alarm on it. I could not turn the alarm off. I alarmed every hour on the hour after that. I back and Best Buy worked on it. I called fitbit and they had me reset it. I still continued to alarm. I got a refund.

    Do not waste your money. No longer supports music and most apps are incompatible. They removed everything that was great about the versa 2 and made this version that does less. No longer can your watch play music or even store the barcode for your gym membership. I missed the window for returning but do not waste your money
