Bad software, worse exchange process.

Constantly freezes, shuts down randomly, stops in the middle of workout tracking, etc. I requested a warranty exchange from Fitbit and when mine arrived at their warehouse, it sat for a week. Now the status has said prepared for shipping for three days. It appears the exchange process will be 2-3 weeks long. That’s astonishingly bad. I’ll never buy a Fitbit again. Not Best Buy’s fault.

It’s too difficult to figure out with no guidance or tips, it disconnects itself from bluetooth constantly, the sleep tracker is on but doesn’t track sleep? Yeah I’ll be purchasing an Apple S8 today I don’t recommend this Fitbit.

Dead Just After Warranty Expired

That's just two months out of warranty. Fitbit sure knows how to plan obsolescence. Will replace with a Garmin. My husband's Garmin is about 5 years old and runs fine.
