When lifting weights or doing cardio, it does not seem to be an accurate reading. The previous Versa seemed to be much more accurate and works better. Waste of money.

Customer support could not talk me through a fix and it’s been returned.

It does everything but send text/phone notifications, which is the only reason I purchased it; although I was most assured that it would. i told the salesperson repeatedly that I didn't want to track fitness/health and he still sold it to me--will be returning it.

Disappointed with new Fitbit

It worked for about 45 min now a big red X appears on the face of the watch. I have an appointment with the geek squad tomorrow.

Posted .Hi, MindyM. We're sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa 4 is not syncing and showing a red X on the screen. We recommend trying these steps:
- Try syncing your Fitbit in the Fitbit app. From the Today tab, tap the devices icon > your device > Sync Now.
- If Sync Now doesn’t show an update banner, try to tap the devices icon > your device > Gallery. The app should show a popup to install the missing apps and recover the device.
- If the firmware update banner does not show, try giving your Fitbit a restart by going to this link: https://support.google.com/fitbit/answer/14194938
