My wife loves here new watch, it's perfect in color and size.

This is not my first Fitbit watch. I started purchasing them when they first came out. I have not been disappointed yet!!!! A great watch.

I got this for my mom as an upgrade to her old blaze with a failing battery, and it's been great for her. Charging is only necessary about once every week or 2.

So far using it has been good, however battery runs down fast, I though you could use watch to answer and respond to text. A bit disappointing with it, but it was a ok buy.

Replaced a verse 2 that I accidentally left on the charger for several days and it recked it , that is really a horrible feature by the way ! I live fit bit , been wearing one for years . Versa 4 seems like a decent upgrade even though I am very upset that leaving a fit bit on the charger will ruin it . I hate those $200.00 dollar lessons!

Like all Brst Buy products this is a great value. I put it on upon receiving and must say it been very motivating to stick to my goals.

Love the built in gps. Now I don't have to track miles on my phone. Charge lasts longer and charges faster than my old Versa 2.

Okay so far. I dropped it last month and now it is hard to press to turn on. The color is nice, people compliment it all the time. I have added different straps and accessories and they are all easy to use.

I like that it can track a variety of functions. Fitbit app has some workout videos to get you started as well, which is nice. Sometimes it will disconnect from my phone for messages/calls and I have to pair it again.

I don’t ever leave reviews that are bad. I have been a Fitbit person for about a decade. I got this one to replace my Fitbit charge that died (lasted less than 18 months). This Fitbit just won’t work. It doesn’t sync properly to the app. It constantly tells me I need to update it but it will not update. On the off chance that I get it working-it works right for about a day, maybe 2 days then it stops working and needs a complete factory reset. I have had this for about 2 weeks and have done about 10 resets. After spending time reading about this Versa in the Fitbit community I have noticed this seems to be a problem with many people with this watch. I wish I read this before I bought it. Also, you cannot email Fitbit with issues anymore. You have to call or do a live chat and I just haven’t had time. I am not sure if this is just a bad watch or if they are all like this.

Love it. I wear it everyday! I did have to switch out the band portion to an elastic band instead of rubber.
