I don’t ever leave reviews that are bad. I have been a Fitbit person for about a decade. I got this one to replace my Fitbit charge that died (lasted less than 18 months). This Fitbit just won’t work. It doesn’t sync properly to the app. It constantly tells me I need to update it but it will not update. On the off chance that I get it working-it works right for about a day, maybe 2 days then it stops working and needs a complete factory reset. I have had this for about 2 weeks and have done about 10 resets. After spending time reading about this Versa in the Fitbit community I have noticed this seems to be a problem with many people with this watch. I wish I read this before I bought it. Also, you cannot email Fitbit with issues anymore. You have to call or do a live chat and I just haven’t had time. I am not sure if this is just a bad watch or if they are all like this.

Spouse really likes the look of the watch and particularly for sports activities. Let's hope the battery lasts closer to 3 years. Doesn't want Apple - so he is sticking with Fitbit. Isn't excited that is now is google.

I love it! I love that it comes with a free trial of fitbit Premium. It is giving so much extra information about my health. I like the home screen with the 3 tracks for heartbeat, sleep and active minutes.

I am disappointed in the fact that I have been unable to get the the smartwatch to record when I do stairs. I have attempted to troubleshoot why, but have not found a solution, which has been very frustrating. Other than that, I am happy with my smartwatch.

Love it! More reliable than previous models I’ve owned. So far the battery life is great and it charges super quickly! Did have to replace the band because it caused blistering, but that was an easy fix.

Great upgrade from my previous Fitbit. Battery lasts a long time (at least 3 days for me...probably longer). Nice features (HR, steps, calories, etc). Paired well with my Android phone. Overall pleased with my purchase.

Still learning how to work it, but so far so good and geek squad have helped me with my issues. I found the band uncomfortable, found a set of elastic ones on amazon and now that is great.

My old watch stopped working and I needed a replacement. I mainly use it to track my steps and occasionally check my messages. It works as it's designed to do and it is comfortable to wear I sometimes forget I'm wearing it.

This is an okay fitness tracker. It does everything we have all become accustomed to. It is cool that you can add a photo for your watch face. Just wish it would stay as it randomly disappears and then, just as randomly, reappears. The real issue is the battery life, I have to charge it ever 5ish days.

this product helped me regulate my heart rate and keep up on my heart health so I could review with my doctor. Its terrific !!!! Thank you John C.

Still the best by far. I ended up buying another one for my wife after years of use. Still loves it to this day.

Great little gadget. Battery life is great. The drawback, unable to respond to text messages if you have iPhone like I was able to with old Versa 2. Compatible with android.

My first Fitbit. Still learning about it. Band at first was tight on my wrist and uncomfortable, but now it's better.

Had the Versa 2 and wanted to upgrade. I am very happy with my purchase. The watch works perfectly. Easy to record my daily exercise and my heart rate, etc.
